Service was fantastic!!! I would give the service 10 stars if I could. Chick-fil-A’s service really sets them apart from any other fast food chain. We had at least 3 workers check on us and make sure we were doing okay
Their sandwiches aren’t bad. Not the best chicken sandwiches, but not bad for fast food. Better than McDonald’s though.

I had the best customer service ever provided by someone who I think was named Brayden. He had brown curly hair and a huge smile on his face. He made my experience 10 times better I had to come back again. He was always working hard and made sure we got our food fast.

Everyone loves Chick-fil-A. Took my grandson there for his birthday lunch. His choice. The nuggets tasted so good. Then I realized they tasted too good. So, I checked out the ingredients. SUGAR in the chickens nuggets. Ya, unnecessary.

The service at this Chick-fil-A location is terrible. This difference between this location and Layton on Antelope is night and day. Layton wants to make their customers happy. The Ogden location cares less about making their customers happy. I will never go back to the Ogden Location. This makes me so sad v

Three toddlers in the car after a morning of shopping (herding cats more like) and we were ALL frazzled. I ordered more nuggets than required, a hefty amount of fries and some root beer and apple juice. The result was quiet chewing and blissful silence from the back seat!!! Every. Single. Cutie. Was. We’re a bit disappointed since you opened the store in Pleasant View. You haven’t had any flowers on the tables! And we’ve also noticed the tables aren’t being cleaned like they were when John Foote was here.

Honestly this location sucks. And its purely on how they have it set up. The parking is horrible and the parking lot situation is ridiculous. I’d recommend never coming here when its busy unless you want to have a rough time. Other than that this location has hard working friendly staff and is clean.

Food was good but I ordered online and I arrived an hour later only to find out they hadn’t even seen it yet, there was also 10+ employees in the front end standing around talking literally. I was talking to one when he turns around ignores me and starts talking with the other guy there. To me it seemed racist. Never going there again it’s just a bunch of privileged little boys.
