Worst burger I’ve had in a long time…
Ordered food from habit this afternoon and went in and picked it up. Got home, took it out of the wrapper and it was smashed. Everything inside the burger was smashed over to one side, not sure why. After a couple of bites, it went right in the trash. Don’t usually tip at a fast food restaurant, but it pops up on the app. Maybe I didn’t tip enough for them. Probably won’t return to habit again, especially the Brawley/ Herndon location.

Giving a 1 star because on The Habit App and Google it says the drive thru closes at 10:30 pm. Drove all the way over there only to find that they were closed at 9:55 pm. Please update your closing time!

So glad they opened a location near my house. Very clean, fast service & delicious food. My fiancé and I both got the chicken club with fries & a drink. Love that they have green tea since I don’t drink soda. Plenty of seating. Food was ready within 10 minutes. Lots of peppers available. Will be back soon.

Called and had to jump through multiple hoops to speak to a live person. Asked about 3 orders, in one car, for fundraising day. Told it would be fine. Arrived and told they would only accept 2 orders. So much for customer service or fundraising efforts.

Very poor health standards. I love Habit but this location is subpar. I always order my burger well done but this location has repeatedly given me an undercooked PINK burger. I didn’t order food born pathogens! My “well done” burger is severely undercooked AGAIN. Fool me once Habit shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Do better Habit Burger. Quality control standards need to be monitored by someone!

You can’t see it in the first picture but you can see it in the second picture. My burger had lots of pickles so I pulled a few out to eat individually and then I see this! A hair in my pickle! Didn’t really want to say anything in person because I was just so disgusted if I had not taken out that pickle I would have swallowed the hair. Just want everyone to be aware that the workers are obviously not that sanitary when handling your food. Will not be going back and telling everyone. Gross

. I always get food here almost everyday and their customer service is below average compared to other Habits. They never give utensils or napkins. What am I suppose to eat my salad with ??? Like not even 1. The only reason I keep coming is because the food is healthier and better quality than most fast food places. I always have to check my bags before I leave and every single time I have to ask for the bare minimum. I waited weeks before writing this and testing it if it was just a “one time “ but it’s everyday they do this.

Let me start by saying that I been a fan of Habit of their customer service until now. I came to this location because it has a drive-through, even though another location are closer to me.
I ordered two kids meals, my husband ordered the Santa Barbara char, and I ordered the char meal for myself. After driving all the way back home, as I was preparing our food to sit down and eat, I realized entire char meal was missing from the bag. Now, I have to leave the table, drive all the way back to get the meal. I hoped they would go above and beyond to rectify the mistake, but I was very disappointed in their handling of it.

I was calm and collective and requested a refund and the missing meal due to the chaos and time wasted in returning to correct their mistake. They claimed they couldn’t provide both a refund and the meal due to product policy, but what about compensating me for my inconvenience caused by their error? The only options given to me were to receive the meal or a refund, but not both. It’s disheartening to see the decline in customer service standards at this location. I find myself frequently encountering incomplete orders when using the drive-through.
I quickly notice we were not going to agree so I asked for a refund and proof of the refund process, but they were unable to provide that assurance. Now, I am left hoping that the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days as promised. I have decided to never return to this location; this incident was the final straw for me.

If you visit this location, ensure that all your items are in the bag before leaving the drive-through, as they appear to frequently forget items.

Cashier not paying attention with the order and had to repeat the multiple times but still got it wrong. The burger bun was burnt ask for no onion and receive with onion. And the sweet potato fries was burnt aswell.. this is not the first time.

Great place for a fantastic burger, had the Santa Barbara and it’s one of the best burgers ever, grilled and buttered sourdough, double paddle with avocado. Bathrooms are extremely clean, handicap parking available with easy access. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I stopped at the Milbrook/Herndon place in Fresno Ca.
