Service was not good, we had a party of 5, very easy orders. Took a while to have services take our orders then extremely long wait for food to be served. Several items “forgotten” , had to remind our server several times about forgetting our missing items that where included in the menu item we ordered, then had to ask for our check as it took over 20 minutes for her to bring our bill. They weren’t extremely busy, not sure if kitchen staff was short handed . Food was excellent, just took a very long time to be waited on & then for food to be served, then for bill to be taken. Not the normal experience for Cracker Barrel. Store was in great condition.

Great food as usual. Was going to dine in but was on a time crunch and decided to do to go, and the guy working to gos when I was there, Jared, was really nice and helpful with my order even after I explained to him I was in a rush and apologized. He was on it, and thankfully it didn’t take long at all. Really quick, fresh and we luckily got the right food too (what a relief). He even convinced me to grab a couple $5 take home meals for the next day which I really didn’t know anything about, and those tasted great too. Definitely recommend coming here, and I’m sure you won’t have any issues with to gos as long as Jared is working.

Well, food was decent. Service was great. But Cracker Barrel in general keeps changing their menu up. Personally for us, it’s really starting to lose its quality. Unfortunately it’s not the stores fault. It’s the General management of the company itself.

I recently came in to eat on my own and was surprised by the quite dining rooms. I thought it wouldve been busier but atleast my server, River, was amazing. She cared for my food and my experience here. She always checked in on me and even had a small conversation with me!

Haven’t been to a Cracker Barrel in a few years & was extremely disappointed with the obvious changes to the food and ambiance. The gift shop is still as amazing as always & love to shop there. But, the food was awful. My friend ordered biscuits & gravy with a side of sausage. Her biscuits were good, but the gravy came in a separate bowl (not on top of the biscuits as per the norm). The gravy was gelatinous an highly processed (looked like it came straight out of a jar/can), and the sausages were highly processed and tasted as if they were frozen & nuked. At best – public school cafeteria quality food…. I ordered the skillet cinnamon rolls and a side of scrambled eggs. The cinnamon rolls were decent. Nothing special, but good for the $7.99 price. The eggs were served cold and lacking seasoning, over-cooked and rubbery. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs and got (at best) 1.5 eggs. Small portion or the $4.79 price tag. And – they took down all the fun antique decor in the restaurant & replaced it with cheap country picture prints in frames. Cheesy & cheap. Won’t be going back. IHOP or Denny’s has much better food for the price. Come for the gift shop – skip the food!

We were seated promptly but was placed on the other end of the restaurant as we passed SO many empty seats. Quality of food was ok but definitely not as good as it used to be. One order was a biscuit and gravy. 3 biscuits and 1 small bowl of sausage-less gravy. Not impressive at all. The other order was pancakes and sausage. Pancakes were pretty good but the sausage did NOT taste like sausage. Our waitress was great! Attentive and friendly! But the food is the reason to stop in and I’m not sure we will again.

Well this is our last visit to a Cracker Barrel. This restaurant has their “New decor”, and the new menu and we were Not Impressed. We ordered our bacon crispy (usually not an issue at CB) and when it came out barely cooked I asked them to take it back for crispy- they brought us 4 orders of burnt bacon, something the waiter should have never left the kitchen with. Evident that none of the staff care about customer service anymore.
