This place costumer service sucks, i don’t recommend this place for a delivery order.
I placed an order 1hr and 25 ago and the funny thing the restaurant is only 7 minutes away.
The real issue here is not the 1hr and 25 minutes is the way the person answer when call and ask what’s is ETA for the delivery he yelled and curse.
I just called one time after more than hour to check.
Delivery Driver.
Was great.
Food.
Cold
No Ketchup “ordered french fries”
No napkins
Taste of the chicken burger deluxe “Don’t recomend it” bread was bigger than the small chicken patty.
Dessert.
Tres leches Cake was 8 out of a 10
“It was dry but tasty”
I see comments of that the price is not high is not true.
My first time and last one.
Good luck for the next one.

BUYER BEWARE!! The absolute worst customer service! I received my order for delivery with Russian dressing all over my soda and container. When I called to make them aware I was yelled at and spoken to like I was the problem. Blows my mind how people do business these days. I will tell all my co workers to never order from here again.

Ordered empanadas and pizza to my hotel room next to the airport after a very long drive to the airport. They arrived within 20 minutes with what I ordered and they were kind about it. The food was hot, the empanadas were insanely good, and the pizza was pretty good. All in all thank you, much needed food. I see a lot of negative reviews about them being rude but personally it just seemed like they didn’t speak English that well so it was a little challenging to communicate with them.

The Most horrible customer service ive ever been called to in my life i called to ask for the menu and special orders and the giy that answer rudely answered me and told me that he couldnt take care of me right now that he was making some pizza that he had my number and someone will call me back. I’ve been getting food from this place since I was a kid. The food is always fresh, tastes good, & it’s relatively cheap. Some reviews talk about how the owner is rude & their delivery took a while, but I hope y’all can understand how busy they get! There’s only like three people working at a time because it’s a small space so they easily get overwhelmed. Working under stressful conditions can lead to a disconnect between the consumer & the producer.

at any given time you can see CRACKHEADS in the windows begging for money and cigars. sells bad food, the only decent thing is their pizza, which takes forever to arrive or even be cooked. only decent if you live around the place, don’t ever ask for delivery, takes so long!!
he has two kids who are annoying and always run around the place, very unprofessional. always bugs and the ice cream box is literally never stocked. very mediocre and bad. skip out on this place even if for the pizza. in a ghetto place

I’m only making a comment to respond to the paid actors in these comments. How you say this place is busy when he’s literally open 1-2 times a week? I know cause I live right next to the place…Making excuses for his rudeness like he’s too busy for who? There’s no one in that place. All those chairs been empty saving seats for ghost. Don’t act like his kids ain’t crazy in that place the man has a bounce house in the place for HIS kids. Flies all on the pizza, his daughters take orders but can’t understand English until it comes to the price. Stop lying! Just cause you grew up eating from here doesn’t mean it’s a good place
