Spinach artichoke dip and jalapeño bites were good as an appetizer. Hot honey chicken sandwich was average. It had a ton of mayo on it though. Burger was average. Steak and cheese is always good but definitely order extra steak and cheese on it. Fries were great. Ranch is very thick, with 2 Cs. Baked beans are wonderful. Sweet potato fries are a great dessert. The server was very friendly. We will come back again and maybe try something different. Nothing we tried was just over the top.

We visited Kickback Jacks on a Saturday. This is a Sports Bar. The atmosphere very lively. It was very busy there. There is TVs everywhere for great viewing. There is lots of seating available. So we didn’t have to wait. We had a party of 4 seated right away. The waitress took our order promptly. The food came out in about 10 minutes fresh and hot and made to order. The menu has a big variety of different dishes. I ordered the cheesesteak. I had to add peppers and mushrooms on mine. It was made fresh and simple It was just the right size. Not too big or small. My wife got the mushroom Swiss burger which was Everything was great except for the Guinness stout beer my wife ordered was flat. The waitress had no problem replacing with the man of law IPa. This was a takeout order. I got bacon n cheddar fries and sweet tai chili wings (grilled). I should have gotta the fried version of those wings. Everything was okay. This is definitely food you want to sit in the restaurant and eat. So this wasn’t their (Kickback’s) fault.
I always love their food when I eat at the restaurant. I’ll still go back.

Clearly understaffed….. we waited as our meals for a party of 3 came out separately over several long minutes. Although we ordered the Ribs special; the side salads were the best. On the same plate, one slab was overcooked and dry covered with barbecue sauce AND the other piece tender and

I am writing to express significant disappointment regarding my dining experience at your restaurant.
I visited your establishment in [Fayetteville] last night, Wednesday 12/17/25 around 9pm.
Served by Shytasia.
The service was notably inattentive; we repeatedly had to seek out our server. My beer, ordered before the meal, arrived 20 minutes after my food, by which time I had finished eating. And it was NOT what I ordered. She also rushed us out. She presented our check while we had JUST began eating, preventing further orders or questions, and she would walk away every time before we could ask her for anything.
Shytasia’s check-ins were infrequent. I had to try and repeatedly track her down for simple items like condiments or the status of my beer, but she was nowhere to be found.
I would completely understand if it were busy in the restaurant, but it was not at all; Given it was a weekday.
I am extremely disappointed as I really do enjoy your establishment and am a frequent visitor.
Furthermore, a billing error occurred; I was overcharged/ incorrectly charged for two “KBJ Kolsch” items instead of one pint Kona Big Wave and one large KBJ Kolsch.
She decided to serve 2 KBJ Kolsch instead. Mine was left untouched because it was the incorrect order.
Below, I attached photographic evidence of this discrepancy.
Beyond service, the food quality was poor. My chicken sandwich was soggy, and the fries were excessively oily and overcooked.
This combination of issues led to a profoundly disappointing experience, making me disinclined to return. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences and that I am to be contacted about this issue.

This is the place to go. The customer service was sooooo amazing. The food is really good. Inexpensive and you definitely get more than enough. We enjoyed our time there and will certainly be returning. Came from Florence and was not disappointed ✅

I went here for a few months before I decided to write a review. Seems consistent with consistent food and the team they have there seems to want to take care of you. The food was great the atmosphere was great. I’ve heard negative things about this place and honestly I have nothing negative to say about it. So with the multitudes of times coming there, I can only leave a positive review. All of the staff were great and the food was always good!
