This is honestly one of the best IHOP locations in the United States. The difference is noticeable the moment you walk in, and it all comes down to the people running the place. Everyone is positive, smiling, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you enter until you walk out the door. It’s the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore.
The portion sizes are generous, the food is great, but what truly stands out is the amazing staff. Our server, Alexa, absolutely made our day. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.
People like her will go far in life simply because of their attitude and the pride they take in their work. Truly an outstanding experience.

Our server Ali was very helpful with assisting us with our menu selection. He checked in with us multiple times and he was a stellar server. It felt like we didn’t even wait 5 minutes on our food. Best IHOP experience I’ve ever had.

I had a great late-night visit to IHOP.
The waiter was extremely pleasant and greeted us with a genuine smile, even at midnight. That kind of service really makes a difference late at night. We were in the mood for good old fashioned pancakes and that’s exactly what we got. The pancakes came out hot, fresh, and cooked just right.
Service was fast without feeling rushed at all. Everything arrived quickly and was exactly what we ordered. Overall, it was a solid midnight dine-in experience and I’d definitely come back.

My dad and I stopped by for a late breakfast, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We ordered coffee, pancakes, eggs, turkey bacon, sausage, and hash browns. Everything came out cold, which was surprising considering the restaurant was nearly empty. There’s really no reason food should be served cold when the kitchen isn’t busy.
Our waitress, Azul, was not very attentive and her demeanor felt a bit cold as well. With the restaurant being so quiet, we expected a warmer, more engaged level of service.
Cleanliness was another issue. The floor was dirty, and when we were seated in a booth, it was clear the area hadn’t been properly cleaned. Management really needs to make sure the entire booth is wiped down, including the creases where crumbs and debris collect.
Overall, the food temperature, lack of cleanliness, and inattentive service took away from what should have been a simple, enjoyable breakfast.

The only complaint I have is that the coffee tasted very burnt, and not even sugar with hazelnut creamer could cover that taste.
Sarah was excellent and made sure I had everything I needed with well-spaced check-in and a great demeanor with customers.
I was so excited that the beef tips were good and well-cooked and more excited to see caramelized onions and mushrooms that weren’t canned. It was delicious.
I’d come back to this location, but I might not get the coffee next time. 🙂
