We were in the area from out of town on business and decided to stop in and grab something quick before the 3 hour drive home. The kids were tired and hungry. We pulled in to this McDonalds and immediately realized we were making a mistake. The person taking the order was not friendly or professional. She acted as if she did not want to be there and we was bothered for pulling in and ordering. We placed our order and was asked if the screen was correct. I checked it over and it was correct. We pulled to the first window and paid and then pulled forward. There were no cars in line. We got our drinks and McFlurry. Approx 10 minutes later we were asked to repeat our order again. After confirming a second time we waiting for a few more minutes before a 3rd person asked us to pull forward so we pulled around. No reason for why we were pulling up. During this time I witnessed 6 orders get placed and picked up. Keep in mind we only order 4 burgers and 2 fries. After waiting for an additional 10 minutes a lady appeared with a bag. She asked for me to repeat my order for a 3rd time before handing me the bag with 2 missing burgers. She went back in to get the missing food and returned a few minutes later. You would think this would be the end of this bad experience but it gets better. We pull off to begin the 3 hour drive home and after the kids got their food my wife opened hers. So about 4-5 miles down the road my wife says her burger doesn’t taste right so she turns on a light only to find the burgers were raw and cool in the middle. We grabbed the burgers my daughters were eating and they were raw as well. They were over half eaten at this point. It was late and I didn’t want to go back after the horrible experience we had so we stopped at another place for food. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK!! THE ENTIRE STAFF NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ON PROPER FOOD HANDLING AND TEMPS ALONG WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. If you can’t provide a good experience then close. It’s not worth the public’s health.

Place easy not busy
Even drive thru eas orders were delayed or wrong. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Food was gross. Burgers were scorched fries were cold. Needs help desperately

Pulled into the drive thru around 10 am to join a line of cars that were beginning to pile up. After about 10 minutes with no movement, we began to notice that two employees were smoking and joking in their car. With another employee having a cigarette out front, we started to realize that the staff was all outside. We waited 5 more minutes before deciding that this location is better in our rear-view mirror. After checking reviews, I noticed the food quality has been low as well, so I would say I lucked out not eating here.

This place is terrible. Waited 30 minutes for a curbside order. 8 cheeseburgers. Food was not even warm. 2 of the burgers were daily doubles. 1 had a pound of mayonnaise and the other had none. Lettuce and tomatoes on both had a foul smell like they were out of date. Only good thing to say was the guy that brought my food out was nice. Downside is he stated he just made my order.. So he immediately lost what points I would’ve given him. If you’re hungry, don’t waste your hard earned money at this place. It’s almost shocking how terrible the experience was. Just terrible.

This is the third time I’ve been, first time was fine the second time they wouldn’t answer the drive through even though I was calling and then when they saw me drive past they apologized but whatever at that point. This time I waited thirty minutes for food. The fries were just warm not even freshly made to excuse the wait time. They were t that busy with only two customers inside. Not worth it anymore. Only good thing was the girl who delivered my food she at least seemed apologetic.

This is by far the WORST McDonald’s I have ever had the displeasure of entering. From the minute you walk in the door, the employees are loud and obnoxious.
The food was sub-par, but at least it was hot.
While we were there, 3 different people became upset with 3 different issues and walked out. One man ordered a McFlurry and after waiting for “over 10 minutes” came inside and was told that the ice cream machine is broken them they were giving him a hard time about giving him a refund.

Had to wait 20 mins to be served. Then BBQ sauce and white milk was missing. Had to go back to store to get it. Also Happy meal toy was incorrect. When questioned about it all they said what I got was their backup toy. Will not be going to that store again!

The staff preparing the food did not have on gloves. She was picking up eggs, meats, ,cheese, and biscuits with her bare hands. As if this was not nasty enough she was wiping away sweat and NEVER WASHED HER HANDS. And the manager was standing right there.. This is beyond nasty this is dangerous with Covid-19 and cross contamination. Customers health should be important and simple health regulations followed.

Driving threw Quitman on my way back to Florida and stopped for breakfast. Spent 9.00 on some crumbs and half a cup of coffee. That’s right, the employee said they only give half a cup of coffee here, if I wanted more come back for a refill. Looks like they couldn’t find the other half of the egg either. If it were my restaurant I’d fire this employee.
