AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!
Ordered two large family meals for pickup worth over $100. At first they tried to give me the wrong order, two bags full of combos. I was then accused of having sent some ahead of me who had already gotten my order.….BUT yet they’d just tried handing me the wrong order…
I started complaining and I was yelled at for complaining while still being accused of sending someone else.
Finally the manager called the person that she SOMEHOW KNEW who picked up the food. She verified with them the name that they used to pickup the order (not mine). She then yelled at the customer over the phone for picking up the wrong order and then her employees.
After being forced to wait an extra 20 + minutes, I was asked if I wanted honey or hot sauce but was NEVER offered an apology for her mistake!
I’ve NEVER had a “restaurant” manager yell at me for the store’s, their employee or their own mistake.
As expensive as food is, the last thing I want is to get verbal abuse from being a customer. I’ve tried submitting a complaint to their corporate website, let’s see if they will take any accountability or provide any apology.

Pretty quick service. Some of the staff is friendly. Others, not so much. They gave me crunchy bacon when I asked for it but I got burnt Bo rounds. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was okay. Fries weren’t too bad. The Bo berry biscuits, however, were delicious!

How hard is it to give customers what they order? Had to circle the drive thru two times. Ordered a sweet tea got diet soda. got back to my office and had unsweet tea. The person working the window never said a word. This location has the worst customer service. Stuff like this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.

The lines are always long at this location but the service is pretty quick. I come here about 3/4 times a week. They were training new employees today which is a good thing bc they stay busy.

Food is always great especially at breakfast time. But as far as hospitality, and being acknowledged. No one came to the counter. No one told me they’d be with me in a second. There was one guest in the dining room, and 3 vehicles in drive-thru. I waited well over 5 minutes, and left without any manager, or employee greeting me.

I ordered a home style chicken tenders meal and my fries tasted old as well as the dipping sauce I received was almost empty. I also ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and the sausage patty was burnt. The gentleman that took our order was very kind and got our order correct that doesn’t make up for the improperly prepared food.

I had a bad experience with this business and how I was treated far as the customer service and how I was talked to. The manager Kieth was very rude far as refunding my money back for an order. He made a big deal out refunding ke my money back for my food and talked real rude to me and my family. The young lady that helped me felt very uncomfortable with the manger all under the young lady that placing taking my order. He touched all over my food and wiped his sweat and saying he gave me a receipt and didn’t even give me a receipt. I was very disappointed on how kieth the manager rushed me and my family. The bathroom was very filthy and wasn’t even cleaned and it was very unexceptible on how I was served and not very satisfied with the service here at bojangles. I was highly upset because the manager kieth was racist and rushed me and my family. I was very disappointed on how my experience was today and I won’t be coming back anymore or telling any of my family members to come back. Thank you and stay blessed
