This El Pollo Loco is hands down one of the best places to visit in the South Bay! The staff are cordial and professional – reasonable requests are accommodated.
The food is always fresh and delicious!
The service is extremely friendly and prompt!
The staff on duty for my last visit, Gloria, Iris, and Angel were excellent and made this visit as great as my other visits to this location – it’s why I keep coming back!
I believe Elsa, I hope I spelled her name right, works 1st shift and she is as wonderful and professional as those I mentioned, but frankly, the entire staff, chefs included, are top tier and brilliant at what they do.
The next time you want something healthy, delicious, and that won’t break the bank while feeding a lot of people, do yourself a favor and visit THIS El Pollo Loco!

Place is terrible when ordering thru the app..order my food at 10am to pick up for lunch and it wasnt ready showed them my phone order and they canceled my order while i was there..shity service and it was most likely a manager who used my phone to cancel the order when i showed it to him.. Wouldnt recommended to go there for lunch place is horrible do better pollo loco..id give them no stars unfortunately it doesnt allow you to..

Undercooked, pink chicken. Be careful. Couldn’t eat any of my food, this was just some of it.
Unfortunately, every time I’ve been to this location something has been wrong with the order, things missing, or incorrect items. Doesn’t matter if I pick it up or get it delivered, there’s always an issue.
Only leaving this review in hopes management can make it better somehow.

First time to this store. They had no avocado salsa! AND the chicken is plain, no taste what so ever, and i feel like barely cooked! I tried to make the best of it but Very disappointed!!!

Delicious food. Good fast service. My favorite is their double chicken tostada. The chicken has a nice BBQ flavor, and it’s moist. The lettuce and salsa are fresh. The beans are whole (not mashed), and the rice is moist. They both have a delicious flavor. My son likes the mango habanero shrimp.
