Delicious flavors that go well together. Service was quick and attentive. Arvis was so friendly and helpful. Only thing missing was they need a honey mustard to go with sweet potato fries. Other than that, it was outstanding. Maracuya, taco bowl, inca burrito, and pulled chicken kids meal.

The restaurant was very open and clean and had seating areas inside and out. The menu caters to a variety of dietary preferences, offering gluten-free and vegetarian options, along with traditional Peruvian staples like the popular Inca Cola and flavorful aji sauces. They give good sized portions and the prices are reasonable for the quality of food. You order at the counter and they give you a number to put on your table. Service was fast and friendly. We told them we were first-time visitors and they helped us to pick out some good choices. I got a bbq sandwich and my partner got a salad with chicken. It was made with their signature rotisserie chicken, marinated in Peruvian spices and cooked on a charcoal grill. The chicken was tender and flavorful, but was a little spicy for me. I loved their sweet potato french fries. Overall, it was a pleasant eating experience that I would recommend that others try if you like Peruvian spice.

Omg Soo sorry. Ordered and I can’t believe twisted sugar not having a bathroom made me pee myself and I couldn’t bring myself to admit to the sweetest person who complimented my gauges and tattoos and I wanted to vibes with that I peed my pants and that’s why I couldn’t. Twisted sugar drinks made this happen shout out to alternative looking sweet lady who was so kind when I was having such a bad previous day. Deserve a raise and if you see this let’s be friends lol. As I walked into Viva Chicken, I held the door for a party of 3. What I didn’t know: those 3 work in the corporate office for VC. They were humble and asked if I’d been here before (only once) as I perused the menu, I urged them to go ahead of me if they already knew what they wanted. They insisted on waiting for me to go first, I asked if they had suggestions (quarter chicken all white meat with green beans). I said I’d consider it but needed a few more moments to decide and ushered them to please order since they were all decided. They reluctantly agreed and when they were done, one of the gentleman said to the cashier to add my order to his and he’d cover it. I was shocked! This kind of generosity isn’t common these days and I had to ask if he was sure. He insisted he was happy to take care of it and I did order the quarter chicken with green beans & sweet potato fries. I thanked him and he then proceeded to lead me to the sauce station and tell me about the different flavors. I got one of each. We ate our meals separately and I was hesitant because I’m honestly not one who ever chooses to eat meat straight from the bone, but I swear this chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly – I devoured it! It was juicy and fell off the bone and paired perfectly with all 3 of the different sauces. I surprised myself when I finished the entire meal. Sweet potato fries are always good but I was pleasantly surprised how good the green beans were, too! I stopped by their table as I was leaving to tell them how much I enjoyed the meal and thanked them again for their kindness. It really does go a long way in this day and age.
