Our server Sandy was fantastic and just on ever detail of our meal and drinks. The food was great and definitely what you’d expect for the price. The lamb was cooked to perfection, very small portion of meat on them but flavor was great. Augratin potatoes were amazing, don’t skip them.

We rolled up on Jack’s Chop House not knowing what to expect. Food is fresh made to order. Our server Kyle was awesome!!!! He was very nice and helpful with the menu. He took very good care of my wife and I. This was the first time here. We are new to the area and will definitely be returning.

Wife and I celebrated our anniversary early since next week we’ll be working during it. Made the reservation a month ago and the process was smooth. We checked in 15 minutes early (to be prompt and also we were hungry) and they were able to seat us. Megan was our server and was awesome, polite, attentive and friendly. Wife got the Filet and I got the Ribeye and we got the potatoes au gratin and roasted carrots. Everything from the food to the service and atmosphere were perfect and we were very happy to have the opportunity to eat here. We didn’t get dessert as we were very full but will have to try another time!

Oh my lord, that was hands down the best food we’ve ever had! Everything was so delicious and beautiful! Best of all, and what really made our night was our incredible waitress, Sandy!!! We went to celebrate our engagement/ anniversary, Sandy was so bubbly and took amazing care of us the entire night!

First, I have been to all top steakhouse in America so my rating and comparison is based on that overall experience. I like the ambience and overall decor. The atmosphere is women-friendly, which is importatnt to all patrons. I really enjoyed the ribeye steak, 5-star. The bone marrow maybe 3.5 star- at least the one I had almost no marrow, and although the cheese shell on top was tasty, it overshadowed the point of bone marrow. The cream spinach was decent, although I think it could have more smoky flavor. My favorite part was our server Aurora! She is attentive and welcoming. She has eyes for details ans suggestions for what to order and what temperature to enjoy. She also did Sth for our special occasion which is memorable! A small suggestion would be offering some free corn bread or olive bread. We like to have them in the steakhouse and it adds the richness and layers of taste when we eat steak 🙂

What an incredible experience! The service was more than 5 star – especially for a holiday night! The host staff was on top of it making sure people with reservations did not have long to wait. Our server, Sandy, was so friendly and attentive. The steak was incredible! There was a violinist and cellist playing throughout the restaurant. I was surprised there was as much available parking as the restaurant was completely booked! Definitely recommend making a reservation if you want to dine here.

Really enjoyed eating here. We didn’t have reservations and just dropped in and they were super busy but found us patio seating. It was cold out but they have heated lamps and went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable. Our waiter, Carlos, was amazing – very funny and attentive. Food was excellent all around. Highly recommend!

We came as a party of five to celebrate our adult son’s birthday. Our daughter and SiL live in town and she thought she made Reservation for Saturday night. She did not complete the steps on the email reservation! But they ways able to accommodate our party in the patio! The fall weather was perfect and the staff was so attentive!
We started with bread and they made a tableside dipping sauce with olive oil, oil, fresh garlic, and balsamic. Portions are large so we shared an Italian house salad, New York strip, a ribeye, candied Brussel sprouts and their famous potato hash casserole. We also ordered the tableside tiramisu and they brought out a banana fosters cheesecake with a sparkler on top to celebrate our son‘s birthday. It was a wonderful celebration. We are so thankful that the staff accommodated our group with the reservation that we thought we had made.

Jack’s is a superb selection for a fine dining experience in Fredericksburg. Their steaks are phenomenal: the Filet Mignon was the best steak I’ve ever eaten. The foccacia and oils, lasagna, wine were all fantastic. Would come back to this for sure.
