The worst possible service, if zero stars were an option it would be the right one. The food was served cold, extremely salty, it took more than 1 hour to serve the food, they carried drinks that the waiters never served totally without training, the place poorly clean. An absolute disappointment

Not feeling like cooking on a nice Saturday afternoon, my wife and I decided to dine out at Outback Steakhouse. It was rather slow and we still had to wait to be seated. Our waitress was very professional and polite although she did disappear on a few occasions.The wings were very good and came out nice and hot. The ribeye steak was a major disappointment. I was cooked very unevenly and was also rather thin. I’ll stick with chicken and seafood if I decide to go back.

This place has roaches. A friend sent me this pic from someone she knows, because she knows I’m close to an employee who works there who confirmed it is true! Absolutely disgusting. 2 roaches still alive inside their drink the other night at this Chesapeake Square location. They need to be demolished along with the mall. Absolutely sick. They care too much about profit to close down for a few days for a good cleaning, and de-infestation of roaches is what I was told.

I came in on Veterans Day this year 2025 and even though the wait was long and there were so many people wanting to eat at outback, I really enjoyed myself, the company, food, and drink. Our server was very nice and helpful. She made the visit great for us. I originally went solo but ended up having dinner with two other ladies and we had great conversation. We all enjoyed the aussie 3 course meal that was offered as the generously free meal! I had a sirloin steak with green beans, and the pecan chopped salad, with an add on additional side of mac n cheese, a coca cola and a brownie at the end! It was all sooo good! I took what was left on my plate home with me. I wish I remembered the servers name because she was awesome on such a busy and crazy night! Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience there on Wednesday night. I always have great service at this location from not only the waiters but also the front staff (and a lady I believe her name is Lorretta?). Food tasted amazing and we always get the blooming onion. It’s our favorite. My daughter made a mess but they came quickly to clean it up when they saw us trying to clean it up ourselves (I always feel bad about her making such a mess). My steak was just how I liked it and the soup was great as well. My husband and my mother finished their plates too. My drink was a strawberry mojito and it was NOT lacking in alcohol at all. We were so full! Thank you to this Outback location. Wonderful time as always. We will be back.

The staff here absolutely make the difference. From management, host, server, and food runner. Even with showing up on one of the busiest night of the year (veterans day) everyone was amazing. They took the time to accommodate disabled guest in my party, never making us feel unwelcomed or rushed. I cannot stress that every single person was amazing, it is hard to find a restaurant where even the bussers are genuinely smiling.

The food was great. It’s unfortunate that when we sat down, no one gave us eating utensils or napkins; linen nor paper, not until we looked like we were lost and didn’t know what food looked like. Then she realized it was because we had nothing to eat with. The server was kind enough but not present mostly. I don’t like being constantly being bothered but it would have been nice to have been payed a bit more attention to, especially since there weren’t many people there and from what it looked like, enough servers. I had to reduce my tip from $20.00 to $12.00. I guessed we really were in the out back. The food was really good though.

I just want to start off by saying, I obnoxiously came in at 9 pm when they close at 10 pm after work today and felt super bad but they employees immediately made me feel welcomed and didn’t mind that I came in so late.. I was out of there by 9:50 with to go boxes and to go drinks.. My waitress Lana O was so kind and helpful, as soon as we meet her we were greeted with a smile.. she was super thorough and quick while keeping a smile on her face the whole time.. we enjoyed her and will be coming back to see her again! She was very kind I wanted to make sure I left her a great review! Thank you so much for being a light in so much darkness you are so appreciated! Happy Holidays!
