CiBi is one of those rare restaurants that reminds you why dining can be an art form. From the moment you walk through the door, the atmosphere feels intentional—intimate, warm, and quietly confident. It reflects the heart and vision of its chef-owner, Mateo, whose presence elevates the entire experience.
What makes CiBi extraordinary is the level of care infused into every dish. Mateo’s professional training shines through in the flavors, the textures, and the beautiful presentation. Each plate feels thoughtfully constructed, showcasing a blend of creativity and discipline that only a truly passionate chef can deliver.
One of the most special parts of the evening is Mateo himself. He often steps out to greet guests, ask for their thoughts, and share insights about the dishes—something rare, genuine, and deeply appreciated in today’s dining world. That personal touch transforms an already excellent meal into a memorable experience.
The meals are simply amazing, the ambiance is inviting, and the hospitality is unmatched. If you’re looking for a place where culinary artistry meets heartfelt service, CiBi is absolutely worth your time.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

This is by far one of the best Italian restaurants I have dined in! The chef/owner, Matteo, is amazing!
We celebrated our anniversary here this past December. They were short staffed but that didn’t keep them from delivering top notch service and food. The wine list is also very well thought out!
Run, don’t walk, to Cibi as fast as you can. You won’t regret it!

Our first time here, based on the recommendation of a friend married to an Italian. We had dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This is the real deal! The food is made to order, with fresh pasta made daily. All kinds of casual clothing was present, so come as you are. For authentic Italian food, it was worth the drive from SW Fort Worth.

Food was not up to par. I don’t understand the 5 star reviews on here. Appetizers were not crispy, pasta was overcooked and the chicken was overcooked and tough. Pizza was good! Don’t recommend this place. Disappointed with food. Lisa our waitress was exceptional! Oh the diet coke was great!

My husband and I enjoyed a quiet birthday dinner for him here last night. I got the casoncelli and he had the chicken Parmesan. Both dishes were wonderful and fresh! It’s rare that we get a dinner alone without our small kids, and it was such a treat! We didn’t feel rushed, we got to sit back and breathe for a minute and enjoy each other’s company.

The food was AMAZING! We took a trip to NY a few years ago and we thought we’d never have such good Italian cuisine again… until we came to CiBi’s!! The food was rich and flavorful, but also comforting. The chef is from Milan, Italy if I’m not mistaken. Also the tiramisu was definitely the best I’ve ever had!! We will definitely be back!

We had Abel as our server and he was just fantastic! We got there right at 5pm to avoid crowds. We were a party of four and split the burrata, focaccia with prosciutto, and each got our own entrees. No dessert or wine was had just due to the portions. Everything was huge! The pizza will feed me for days! Abel was a godsend though and boxed everything up for us including our focaccia which I truly appreciate!
The only downside is the price. While this place is amazing and the atmosphere is beautiful, the prices hit hard. We paid $165 after tip for four people. Was it worth it? Kind of. I’ve never had anything like it before and I felt so taken care of that I while I wouldn’t pay this daily, I would go back. It’s more of a special occasion place and the prices reflect that. However, so does the quality. Everything was very fresh and definitely cooked to order!

Love it! So happy and grateful to have real Italian food, northern dishes included, in Aledo. We will definitely be back frequently. Be sure to ask about the daily specials. Excellent wine list. Everything was so fresh and beautifully plated. Quite literally some of the best tiramisu I have ever had and I’ve had the real thing in Italy. Thank you, Alejandro, for perfect service and keeping my wine glass happy.

What a nice evening we enjoyed! We came right at 5 p.m. to beat the crowd, the atmosphere was quiet and intimate as we made our way to the table. Steven was our waiter for the evening, he was very knowledgeable on selections and recommendations! The food did not disappoint, everything was FRESH and you could tell! We will definitely be back on date night again!

Upscale Italian restaurant whose decor is as wonderful as their dishes. I’ve tried the Pancetta Panini and enjoyed every bite. I told the waiter of a recent birthday and he offered me a Tiramisu. Excellent!
