I ordered on the app. I often swap beef for beans because it was suggested by a dr to avoid beef, pork, and dairy. I ordered a burrito that was on luxe menu that was recommended by the app. I like the crispy strips and decided if I swapped beef for beans then at least I was trying to eat closer to what is suggested. I travel a lot and cannot always afford sit in restaurants for time/money purposes and Taco Bell is affordable and I get free food from the app which helps my expenses. The drive-thru was quick but I got my burrito made incorrectly. I went inside to have it remade and waited a couple minutes and showed my phone so they could see I ordered it with beans instead of beef and no rice. They rang it in to be remade. The person made it a second time with beef. I’m so thankful one gentleman noticed they made it wrong before they handed it to me and remade it the right way. I didn’t even have to ask this gentleman he just noticed as the other side of the line made it incorrect again. No one wants to go in 3+ times for one burrito. I worked at Taco Bell as crew, crew trainer, then shift manager long ago and I know the job isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but if it wasn’t for that guy I would have had to repeat it over 3 times and I have a lot to do. The people are nice and environment seemed clean. It was just the not reading the order correctly multiple times. Thank goodness one guy paid attention – thanks!

Awful management. Around 8PM today we always do drive thru but must have hit inside pickup.
Went thru the drive the threw and were since its an inside pickup it must be done inside. Awful management decision since there is no outside lane and you have to go through the drive through to go back around. Asked for the manager and she was no help and stood by h the rule to go inside. Absolutely no one in line or even inside. Just us.
Get home and they labeled the crunch wraps wrong. Both had tomatoes on it and my wife didnt realize hers didnt have the sauce until our son took a bite into his and stated to cry because it was spicy. His was half way gone so I took them back and explained the situation and the guy was laughing at my son crying.
Also they had music blaring in the back and the only person helping asked multiple times to turn it down. I know the guy wasnt the manager and he tried to make things right after he realized his laughter was wrong.
The manager on the hand, she needs a lot more training.

Taco bell has really gone down hill with their quality of food and preparation. Sour cream on one end meat on the other end. Inconsistent taste with every bite. Was not busy and seemed like the order was rushed. Three different items made sloppily. Very dissatisfied.

The management is very bad seen a female sitting in the racks when they weren’t having any order the floors by the drive thru were dirty and not swept or cleaned and she sat down until another order came through and I’m pretty sure that female was distracting the boy from working please get your managers in order

Waited in line for 12 minutes then got my water……waited another 7 and finally got my food, I should not be waiting in line for almost twenty minutes for cold food, whoever is working at 10:30 today needs to up their game or get a new hobby because working isn’t their strong suit.

I placed an order throught the app ($21 worth of food). I ordered a side of rice with nacho cheese added (at a 90 cent additional cost) for my daughter. The container was less than half full and barely had any nacho cheese on it. I also got a nacho bell grande with extra nacho cheese and sour cream. When I opened my nachos, they had barely any toppings on them and the sour cream that was on there looked curdled. That’s $21 worth of food that went in the trash! Very disappointed…

Absolutely a joke! Prices keep going up and the meat becomes less. Absolutely horrible quality my nacho bell grande had less than a tea spoon of meat no bean and tons of cheese….give me a break. Canal Fulton Taco Bell is the place to go for real Taco Bell…
