We have visited Elka Bee’s on prior occasions and have always been impressed with their pastry and dessert options. Our most recent visit however was less impressive. We purchased a vegan (also happened to be gluten free) chocolate/vanilla cupcake for my sons who have an egg and dairy allergy. The cupcake was very very dry (I know this can happen with allergy friendly) and the cupcake wrapper would not come off of the cupcake. I had to cut the whole outside edge off of the cupcake to ensure my littles weren’t eating any paper.
I want to note that I know vegan baking can be difficult. And when most places combine vegan and gluten free together it becomes even more challenging. It just wasn’t worth the price tag in the end when the frosting was the only thing my boys would eat.

Excellent spot with great food, coffee, and service. We had the lite breakfast, the chorizo hash brown, and a cinnamon roll, everything was fresh and tasty. My vanilla latte was spot on, and my wife said her raspberry pistachio latte was the best coffee she’s ever had. The homemade jelly was also a nice touch. Cozy vibe and friendly staff. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

What a necessary and wonderful addition to Wilsonville dining! The bakery is simply outstanding, with a great selection, beautifully crafted (not overly sweet, which we really appreciate!) and paired with excellent coffee and espresso options. The breakfast and lunch offerings are also superb and nice portions. Homemade soups are a stand out for sure. But the staff is absolutely the best. They very thoughtfully helped us accommodate our three generation family brunch including 95 and 96 year old parents who are not well suited to waiting in line. That kind of service is unusual these days and greatly appreciated.

hidden gem!! Loved my pear brioche and strawberry horchata latte. SO good, the flavors were subtle but came together so wonderfully. My friend got the churro latte and it was also so yummy. A little bit on the pricier side, but you can tell they work hard to create fun and unique drinks and treats. Excited to come back and try something from their brunch menu.

My little family and I love coming here! It’s busy every time we go (which is great bc we never want it to leave) but they are so quick and efficient. The staff there are so welcoming and nice and helpful. The food is amazing and so are the drinks. They have gluten free items and baked goods. That marionberry gf scone is my favorite thing. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Comfy couches inside. Love the plates and mugs it’s all different – very homey and comfy in there. I look forward to going as often as we can go. Highly recommend. Thank you for opening in Wilsonville!

My group of hiking ladies decided to stop on a whim to grab some coffee before our trek back to WA. Upon arriving we were welcomed by the sweetest barista, Dom, and the entire crew went above and beyond to accommodate my GF allergy.
The food and drink was top notch. The atmosphere & vibes were elegant. Very clean shop! Fast service too.
We highly recommend this place as it’s a short jaunt off I-5.

Great pastries. Their scones are yummy and large. They taste fresh, and not too sweet. They always have surprises in the pastry case too. I highly recommend them. Probably a little pricey, but worth it.
