Would not return nor recommend. We were excited to try dumplings and perhaps find a new restaurant we liked. I wouldn’t even call this a restaurant, it seems like they’re more of a to-go establishment. We were still hopeful for the food. We couldn’t tell if it was just Costco dumplings heated up. Not bad tasting, just nothing to them.

They up charged every single item. Menu states juicy chicken is $12.99, it was $13.51. Same for the juicy pork. Samosa was burnt and charged $8.31, supposed to be $7.99. Chili chicken was supposed to be $12.99 and was $14.55. We each got one small sauce on the side. No drinks, you buy those in the fridge. A flat diet coke and water was $10.12. $70 for dinner and we regret it. No signs about the up charges so pretty sure this is illegal, not that the only person there, who was dismissive, could be bothered.

Momo House is such a gem! My friend introduced me, and I was blown away by their Nepali-style dumplings. I tried the street version (deep-fried) and they were ridiculously delicious — like an Asian dumpling with an Indian twist. The achaar sauce is a must!

What makes this place even more special is their little market inside. They carry treats from all over the world, perfect for putting together gift baskets or trying something new. It reminded me of those “snacks from around the world” boxes, but even better since you can pick your own.

The owners are so friendly and clearly love sharing these flavors. Whether you catch them at the Pearl Market or stop by their shop, you’ll leave happy. Highly recommend everything on the menu — it’s all amazing!

Every aspect of the experience contributed to a positive review, making it a highly recommended destination. The dumpling spot certainly delivered a satisfying and memorable culinary adventure.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. It’s a very casual place that’s a combination of small eatery and convenience store. Service was friendly. I think the main cook was out as they last said she didn’t know how to make a few items. Ordered a few items and they were freshly made as you can see in the open kitchen. Food was good and was worth a try.

I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about regarding poor customer service. The lady making these momos is the sweetest lady on the planet! She told me my name was beautiful, and she even refused to cash out another customer buying gas station snacks because she did not want my food to burn! If that is not dedication to her craft, and to her food. I don’t know what is.

I tried the fried momo with chicken, and chili momo with vegetable filling. The achaar sauce that comes with the fried momo was a spectacular sauce to dip the momos into. Dip the chili momo into it too for an extra burst of creamy tomato goodness. The chili momo was not spicy per se, but after eating through the bowl, I felt my face and body warming up quite nicely. I don’t know what peppers she uses, but it is a subtle and pleasant heat that will leave you hungry for more!

The food was decent, but the portions were very small for the price. At most, the food should cost around $8 instead of $12-$16. I only got about 5-7 small dumplings, which definitely won’t fill you up. This place feels more like an appetizer spot than a full meal. I don’t recommend the chow mein dumpling – too salty

After visiting @suckittherestaurant, we headed to @momohouse_nepalistyledumplings to buy dumplings to eat for lunch on Saturday.

I called in our order of Juicy Pork Steamed Momo and Kothey Pan-Fried Bison Momo. The gal at the counter (I should have gotten her name) was so nice and offered a fountain drink on the house for the wait. I got the Gatorade lemon lime to go. We truly enjoyed both types of dumplings. Very tasty! My hubby made a soy-based sauce for it, which paired well with the dumplings.

I saw them at The Pearl Farmer’s Market this Sunday so you can get them there also.

Check out @satx.aapi to download the passport and see the participating restaurants and businesses!

It’s not often I write a review so quickly after eating at a place, and that’s because it’s not often I fall in love with a place literally at first bite.

I just ordered to-go today, but if a friend asked me to go back tomorrow to eat there I 1000% would.

Chili chicken dumplings are a solid 5/5. Would highly recommend. If you’re thinking you don’t need to order another 10, you’re wrong. Order those extra 10 dumplings. Get them in chili chicken flavor. Live a little.

Highly do not recommend! And If you go here pay cash. They charged me $30 for one order of dumplings and order of mozzarella sticks. I came to their website and they over charged me for those two items it came out to $19.80 online. Very overpriced for the amount of food not worth it.

I used to come to Momo House starting about 4 years ago. Initially, the momo quality was excellent, prices were much lower, and momos were bigger (both in size and quantity per order). Over time the shape changed and the size got smaller and I believe they started serving less momos. The achar sauce became priced for any additional and I was disappointed all the times I visited in the past year. Portion sizes now are much too small for the pricing and quality. Used to love this place but unfortunately would not recommend anymore.
