Having reviewed hundreds of restaurants on different platforms, this might be one of my first 1 star reviews. Very little to say that is positive. The restaurant was at 60% when we arrived. We waited 15 minutes to sit down and quickly ordered. That’s when everything went wrong. We waited 75 minutes for our meal. Nothing unusual was reported to us until we requested to speak with a manager at the 55 minute mark. At no time during the wait did we receive an apology, free appetizers, etc. The manager promised us the wait would be only 5 more minutes. We set our timer. At twenty more minutes, our food was delivered. The order was wrong on two of the five meals and the “slightly pink” burgers we all ordered were badly burnt due to using a sauté grill vs. there normal grill. The meal was comped but we left most of our meal on the table and walked out. Other staff members apologized to us as we left the building. So many missed opportunities along the way. Disappointed to say the least.

I should have seen the reviews before trying this place out. Overpriced bland burgers and store bought appetizers. Dirty flatware and graffiti on the decor. You can have better at home or at a fast food place.

We ordered the Paradise Sliders with fries. The food was excellent. Burgers were juicy, fries crispy and well seasoned. Strawberry lemonade was great. Our server was Conner and he was the best part of the whole experience! He was a wonderful and prompt server and always checked to make sure everything was as ordered. The only reason for 4 stars is that the booth was torn, salt and pepper shakers and menus were covered in food and grease, and the wall was dusty. A bit of cleaning and this restaurant would have received 5 stars. And again, the service was great!!

This place is horrible. My family at their tonight and it took 20 minutes for a waiter to even come by to see if we need drinks. Then we waited another 20 minutes for drinks and the place wasn’t even busy.
My mojito was so bad I couldn’t even drink it.
After an hour and half we finally got the check and the waiter didn’t even ask us how it was because he knew the service and food was horrible.
I ordered the American cheeseburger and it wasn’t very good.
If your name contains an item it should taste damn good.
I will never go back.
Don’t waste your time and money at this place.

We loved the environment, friendly and relaxing. Service was top notch, and the food was good as well. It did take a little while for the food to be served, but I can’t fault them on time of cooking the meal. Once again, the service here from the hostess, to the waitress was amazing. Very friendly and engaging. I will definitely be back.

The food was good. My boyfriend got a spicy burger that he thought was pretty good. We all shared a fickle appetizer, great size and very good. My sister and I got the Malibu Cob salad to share. We both thought it was very good. It is a huge salad and we still had over half left so we brought it home to our brother to eat. He then found about a 2 inch moth in the salad. Very gross. Not sure how we didn’t see it in there while we were at the restaurant. But very grossed out by that.

Be aware that their menu has changed considerably. I feel this location has lost its charm. Our visit this time may be our last. When my family and I arrived, I sat down at one of the wooden chairs while we waited for a table to open up. Thankfully, we waited maybe 10 minutes out of the estimated 15, which was very appreciated. As I stood up, I felt something sticky on my bum and was horrified to find something red and sticky, likely gum or another type of sweet, on the chair and therefore on my jeans. I told one of the young hosts at the podium this, and maybe she didn’t understand me or care, but it seemed like she dismissed what I said, because she cut her eyes to the side and did not acknowledge what I said. When we left after eating, I checked the chair and the sticky substance was still there.
Our server, however, was great. It was obvious he was new, since another server waited on our table with him. He was young but did the best he could and did a great job by being attentive and polite.
The food was so-so. $9 for mozzarella sticks, way overpriced in my opinion. I ordered the salmon, which was actually tasty and pretty good. My rice, however, was mushy and way overcooked. Not good at all. The broccoli made me laugh (see photo). It was like they took a head of broccoli, cut it in half, and put it on your plate. I’m not sure if it was purposeful, and I was grateful for the large portion, but it made my plate look clunky and I almost took the broccoli stalk home to make a vegetable stock out of it.
Overall it was not a great visit, and we’ve had both better and worse experiences at this location. I feel that it’s a gamble everytime we go.
We might go again to give it and go, though we likely won’t return for a while.

I will start with the positive. Went on monday night and the place was nice and quiet. Staff was good and the fried pickles are awesome. This is why I gave a 2.
The main food however is nasty. The fries taste like they were covered in sugar. The burger meat was ok but the overall hamburger again tasted like I was eating sugar.
Not pleased with the food here and will not go back.

We were a group of older adults 8 for a quite bachelor and bachelorette party for drinks and food before the funny bone. The food was cold, raw and the service was poor. The lady serving us was rude and didn’t smile the entire time! She wouldn’t even keep our drinks full. We had to send the fried pickles back 3 times because they were raw and the burgers we not even built like the menu said. What a way to start a night, very frustrating! Never coming back!
