It was my first time and it won’t be my last. The steak was perfect along with my sweet potato and Caesar salad. Very nice place. And yes, the butter is as good as people say. I took a tub home on my carry on on the plane lol.

Ordered a cheeseburger only ketchup no LTO, well done, with fries. Got a patty by itself on a plate…. thought I was being pranked by someone but no. Had to ask where the bun was and server was quite confused and then brought out a bun that I had to assemble myself. Then again had to ask where the fries were and eventually got them. To top it off patty wasn’t well done. Server never came by again to check on drinks refills or anything, perhaps too embarrassed or just not good service not sure.

I had a lovely experience, all thanks to Oliver!!! He was so kind and caring, very personable–best server I’ve ever had!! This was our first time here and definitely won’t be our last–I think we have found our new favorite dinner spot!!

Not my scene. Country music. Great rolls. Excellent staff. Def not for healthy vegan type eating but they probably have a few options of that. This is a great comfort food place. Would probably order to pick up in future (but then, less rolls so…maybe tolerate the music)

Terrible experience. First we get there and the person clearing the table spills a glass of water and attempts to wipe it up but it’s still very wet when we’re seated so we finish wiping it up ourselves. When we get our silverware we didn’t get just one set but 3 different sets of silverware cause all were dirty. Our food comes out and my husbands steak is not cooked right and sent back for about 20 minutes (we had to ask for it cause it had been forgotten). I’m eating my rice and find a hair in it. The manager Jordan comes out and is very unprofessional. Takes the rice, pulls out the hair and just drops it to the floor. Takes the rice back and brings rice back but it looks like the same rice just without my fork. Then paying our bill we had issues with them charging something we didn’t know about. The only reason I’m even giving this 2 stars is because we had to speak to different manager who actually took the time to listen to our complaints and did not mock us. What should have been a pleasant experience, turned into a very unsatisfactory, unsanitary, and semi-unpleasant professional experience.

I used to be a regular but the quality has gone down hill tremendously. I was in recently and my steak, 16oz ribeye, was undercooked (I ordered medium rare and it was blue rare), so I asked for it to be fixed. I was brought back a plate with the same steak, still had my cut mark and on the same plate the bite I had taken but not finished was STILL ON THE PLATE. Neither of these things did I catch prior to the manager departing from my table. I was asked to cut into it to make sure it was cooked right and it was and before I could notice the other issues, she was gone. The steak, due to being cooked twice, was hard and grisly on the outside and tasted awful. My gf was with me as well and ordered the pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese as a side. The Mac and cheese tasted/looked like Kraft Mac and cheese and the sauce wasn’t even covering all of the noodles and we had to stir it. It tasted gross. As well, the bbq sauce also tasted like Kraft (very sugary and no depth of flavour). Neither one of use enjoyed our meal. This was a huge disappointment

Short wait for seating even when they had lots of open tables. Fast service and the food was very good. Ordered sweet tea and it actually tasted like tea not watered down. Would definitely eat there again.

Today I went to Texas Roadhouse, and there is an employee there who is always smiling, dedicated, and does his job exceptionally well. Every time I visit, he is even better than the last. I truly hope the restaurant management recognizes and rewards Dean for his great attitude and kind, respectful treatment of customers.

Andrew (the one who’s been there 4 years) was great! Friendly and attentive! He was very sweet to my mother on her 72nd birtthday. He got on the ssddlefor her since she’s in a wheelchair..not a lot of servers go above and beyond like that! Kudos to him!
