Food is tasty most of the time; however, the large portions we’ve loved over the years have been impacted my Skimflation. This essentially paying more for less so we’ll only visit for special occasions. My favorite was the Bang Bang chicken and shrimp which is now a whopping $30 as is most of the entrees. Cheesecake slices are good but also going up in price with the slices getting thinner. Good food but just getting too costly.

Went to Cheesecake Factory for lunch on a Monday and it wasn’t too busy, which was perfect. The bread was warm and super good, the Alfredo fettuccine was rich, and creamy, and the crispy crab bites were flavorful with a nice crunch. The Asian lettuce wraps were fresh, and super crunchy, definitely a great lighter option. Overall, everything tasted fresh and the experience was really enjoyable.

I’m honestly very disappointed with our recent experience at The Cheesecake Factory.
One of our cocktails was served in a broken glass, which is completely unacceptable and could have caused an injury. The only “resolution” offered was that they wouldn’t charge us for the drink and even that only happened after we specifically asked for it to be removed from the bill. No manager came by to apologize or take accountability, which made the situation feel brushed off rather than taken seriously.
Service overall was lacking. Our server was rarely around, and we had to ask multiple times just to get water refilled. There were long gaps between check-ins, which made it frustrating whenever we needed anything. We felt like we were constantly waiting.
As for the food, it was average at best. Nothing stood out as memorable except for the calamari, which was actually very good. Everything else was just okay especially disappointing considering the prices.
Overall, the experience felt careless and inattentive. A broken glass incident should be handled with far more urgency and professionalism. Unfortunately, we left feeling underwhelmed and unimpressed.

I absolutely love the cheesecake factory but not on a busy Monday night. Food was perfect but my company was staying too fall asleep by the time we got it, so we had to get dessert to go. I wonder if this spot at the mall is just always busy because the dining choices are few. But always a pleasure going to the cheesecake factory.

We ran into a few order difficulties at first, but Oscar stepped in right away, handled everything professionally, and truly made it right for us. You have to love the professional and friendly service, but you have to give up to this burger. This burger puts the B in Bacon! This burger was a bacon lover’s dream. The juiciness of the burger with the hickory smoke taste from the bacon teleports me to a bacon paradise. It was literally two strips of bacon on top of thick slices of bacon. I couldn’t ask for more. If you don’t like pig. Stay away from this burger, but if you do. Your taste buds and gut won’t be disappointed in the least. I’ll give this burger 2 big thumbs up.

I went for dinner, the food was delicious, but the waitress’s service was terrible. I had to ask her to bring me bread; I asked for whole wheat, and she said, “We only have white. Do you want that?” She had a very rude attitude. Later, I ordered a piña colada with alcohol, and it tasted like nothing, just sweet. Also, on one occasion, she threw the dessert away. We asked for the bill, she left the receipt, but never came back. I had to call someone else to take my payment. She was never friendly.

The wait on Saturday was more than 1 hour. The food is ok, high calorie foods with expensive prices. The service was very good, we were taken care of very well. For all the want and ok food and prices, I would have picked a better restaurant if it were up to me !
