UPDATE: Nasty. Just went from 5 to 2 stars. I just ordered a burger and chili cheese fries and at first I thought it was cheese but it was a long hair that I pulled out of the chili cheese fries. so nasty I almost threw up and no way I was eating that had to throw it all away from disgust. So gross; say a prayer when you eat here that you don’t get sick I know I did when i ate the burger to keep from starving.

I am hooked. Big double burger cookout style (mustard, chili, slaw, and grilled onions). Shakes are good too; great price. The service is good, but the line can get long, especially at night on the weekends.

This place, they used to be decent just a few months ago. Now they skimp on your food, don’t give you what you ordered, and the cheese curds taste like you’re just sucking up a vat of grease. Appalling.

Drive thru moved quickly. But the staff seemed to control that will lack of customer communication and service. The tray contained 2 &1/2 onion rings. The inside seemed lively as the dining area was full.

First, the woman at the drive-thru who had long nails and braids was very rude despite me being polite. After we received our food, I told her “thank you” and wished her a nice day. She responded by rolling her eyes and slamming the window shut. If you don’t like your job find another one.
Second, the food quality was unacceptable. The hush puppies were burnt, the portion of fries was very small, and the chicken tenders were dry and hard. Overall, the meal was poorly prepared and disappointing for the price.

My corn nuggets became chicken nuggets? The chicken nuggets were good. I didnt understand how the menu worked. I ended up with a wrap and 2 other items. The food was basic but had good texture and flavor. Not a lot of help from staff but I was there after the lunch rush

I’ve only been here 2x as far as service inside the store, they can do better.
The tables were dirty, not wiped down for as many employees were on staff.
I don’t want to hear 2 gals behind the counter bickering at each other. Not cool esp in front of children and customers.
And had my order 2x at this establishment messed up. I was given 2 burgers instead of 1 and another food item. Asked for diet soda NOT an M&M milkshake.

We love cook out when we travel! The food is always great and usually always very fast. However, the customer service is hit or miss. This time it was a miss. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

I’m highly annoyed with my experience. I ordered a chicken strip meal with onion rings and a bacon ranch wrap. The chicken strips were great, but when I bit into my bacon ranch wrap, there was a long hair inside the food. It was extremely disgusting and unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location again.

It’s on me that it was 15 minutes to closing. But, okay….cold fries. They didn’t have corn dogs….yeah okay. But, a large unsweetened tea when I clearly asked for sweet tea. If you didn’t have sweet tea, say so. The only good thing was the burger. Not worth the money I spent.
