Great food. Honestly best chick-fil-a ive been to. Employees were very nice. A couple of them checked on us customers to make sure we were okay and food was good. Was kept clean. Tables even had some vases of flowers. Was really similar to a restaurant experience but fast food. Awesome place

Chick-fil-A is always good! Can’t remember a time when I didn’t get hot fries! Their salads are great too! Love their nuggets also, looks like actual chicken! Can be a little pricey, but well worth it!! Get a chance grab some good food! You won’t regret it!

One of the best CFAs in Hampton roads. Staff is always friendly, food is always great, and service is normally quick. The one time I had a long wait in the drive through was due to extreme cold temps and the owner was walking up to cars apologizing for the delay.

Today I went to the Chick Fil A the employee gave me my food in a paper bag. I asked her to put in a bag with the handles because I was walking. She couldn’t get the bag open. So what she did was lick her finger with her tongue, and then opened the bag and gave it to me. Why the hell did she think it was okay to do that? So she put her saliva on the plastic bag, handed it to me and expected me to put my food in there with her saliva on the bag. How was that sanitary? That is DISGUSTING!!! Chick Fil A employee’s should know better. FYI I believe she was a higher up because she wasn’t wearing a uniform and she was texting on her dirty phone while handling customer orders. White slim older female with a short dark color bob with light blonde highlights. I wish I could rate zero stars!!! Next time I will go there just to take her picture/video and put it online.

mobile pickup order via drive thru at 8:30 on a Friday night, line wrapped around the building and we were through in 6min, 31 seconds .. the definition of “drive-thru”. always super fast & friendly !!

Would have rated it a 0 if possible. Stopped by for my lunch break to order 5 nuggets and a salad and it took them over 25 minutes. Had to go in and didn’t get so much as a hello let alone any mention of the astronomical wait. Terrible. I placed my order at 1:00pm- the receipt shows it was completed at 1:15pm somehow…and I still didn’t get the food til 1:25pm. Cold food.worst cfa experience.
Update: The store called an hour later and apologized, as well as gift a couple rewards. Thank you Kimberly! 0 to 5 stars because I appreciate the integrity!

I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup and parked in an available spot. After waiting about 15 minutes with no update, I started to suspect my order may have been overlooked—especially since the car next to me appeared to be waiting just as long. I went inside to check and saw two bags of food sitting at the counter while several employees, including what appeared to be a manager, were standing nearby. I ended up curbside delivering to myself. Disappointing experience for a service that’s supposed to be convenient.

Every chic fil A will never disappoint. The sauce is what my fam crave and the crew is always cheerful. The point system is great to where you can use all points at once without having to go back. Unlike mcdonalds or panda or Wendy’s.

Honestly, this is one of the busiest Chick-fil-A restaurants in town, but the food and service are excellent. The drive threw can snake out of the parking lot at times, but it always moves fast. Highly recommend their Spicy Chicken sandwich. Bags of ice are cheaper than grocery stores.
