Great food, quick and polite service, relaxing vibes, incredible on tap beer selection, and a pretty cool dessert option for your birthday! Got the Onion burger, Elk Steak burger, bacon stuffed tots w/ side of cougar gold cheese sizzling hot in a skillet, and some jumbo prawns! Great stuff all around, for sure be back to try more on the menu!!

Had high hopes for this place after reviews and pictures but after going last night very underwhelmed. Had the Jalapeno burger and description sounded mouth watering and server asked if medium was a good cook. I emphatically said yes however, when I got it the fresh “roasted” jalapeno was cold with more veggies than burger. Burger very well done and patty about the size of mcDonalds cheese burger. My brother got the fish and chips and again over cooked. Server barely checked on me for fries and never got another round of endless fries. Won’t be back.

Husband and I have been there multiple times. It use to be 5 stars across the board. However after my dietary restrictions, we came here for a date and my husband was able to enjoy his meal, I was served a moldy gluten free burger bun on a bacon cheddar avacado burger that I cut before knowing it was moldy. I requested it be remade as I’m highly allergic to molds and they brought it right back out with a “new bun” same burger (I know as it was cut partially in half still), and it still had mold on the bottom bun and I was told “no it’s avacado” the photos will speak for themselves. Management did come and tried to make it right by giving me a gift card after our date was ruined and I didn’t get to eat anything. They didn’t charge me for the meal I didn’t get to eat which was all I expected, so that’s why there are still higher stars on service. Otherwise my husband liked his Elk chop steak burger.

First time here, we had to choose one place to come for the inland restaurant week, so glad we came here. Everyone was so nice and great service. And such a nice way to try a new place. Very nice atmosphere. Music could be a little quieter. But will be back.

What a great place to eat dinner!! We brought our 3 year old and they see you with goldfish, crackers, crayons, and something to color for the kids. They have such a great way of getting your food out to you very quickly and efficiently. We had the pleasure of Mary Ann seating us, Audrey bringing our food and Melissa as our server who was SPECTACULAR with us and our 3 year old!! So very attentive and just a great personality and service all around!! We’ll be back

Food was all fantastic, but gotta say, I was super impressed with the Cougar Gold Cheese Dip and the Bacon wrapped Onion Rings. I wasn’t sure the Onion Rings would be worth the price tag, but I was wrong, and will definitely get them again! My dining companion ordered the Dip, and I was pleasantly surprised after I tasted it. Would order it again.
Service was a little slow, but they were pretty busy. We didn’t mind since all the food was worth the wait. All the staff we encountered were really friendly.

We came to the restaurant and were seated promptly. That was a positive. Our appetizers were decent, but when we ordered our meals they took awhile to get to us. I ordered the elk chopped steak which I am guaranteeing is more beef than elk. Asked the manager what the ratio was, and she did not know. The mashed potatoes had a hard skin around them along with cold hard zucchini drowned in butter. My wife got the big three fish and chip platter which didn’t even mount up to the quality of long john silvers. My daughter got the Epicurean Mac & Cheese which came with a piece a plastic wrap approximately 1 in long mixed into it which leads me to believe that it was premade at some point and then microwaved. All the food was missing seasoning and on the cold side and didn’t taste fresh at all. For the price of everything I would expect fresh ingredients or at least made at time of ordering and not to have a left over just out of the refrigerator taste. Only time the waitress checked in on us after taking our order was when the check was paid (the manager checked in on our table more than the waitress). That’s the most she was coming to the table to see if I signed the merchant copy. Felt rushed while trying to celebrate my mother’s 66 birthday. Will not be going back to this restaurant

We were really looking forward to eating here as we have never been, but unfortunately had to leave before ever being served. We were quoted a 20–25 minute wait for a table and ended up waiting about 45 minutes instead. During that time, the restaurant remained about half empty, which made the delay especially confusing.
When we finally saw a server, she seemed very stressed (which we empathize with), so we asked if the restaurant was short-staffed and were told no. At that point, it was clear we wouldn’t be able to order, eat, and still make it home in time for our daughter’s bedtime.
We ultimately had to leave which was disappointing given our high expectation of the onion. We understand off nights happen, but clearer communication and more accurate wait times would have made a big difference. Hopefully this was just an off evening.

Wonderful experience! Nikole and Nicole were very friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcomed. This is a great spot for families or anyone looking for a relaxed, enjoyable meal. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!
