I come here periodically to pickup orders. They are very attentive to customers and are eager to help with orders. They engage in friendly conversation and are genuinely happy to customers. I had a wait for an order and the kind young lady offered me a nice small medium roast coffee . They have done this before and are superbly thoughtful to drivers. If I could rate this place 10 stars I’d bring it up to an 11!

I came here to pick up an order, and honestly the service was extremely slow. The staff were moving like sleepy flies — everything was taking forever. One of the girls with red hair was especially slow, barely moving around. It felt like nobody here cared about the customers or about the delivery drivers waiting for orders. Very frustrating experience.

The only thing from preventing me from writing a purely negative review is the manager who helped de-escalate the situation- I didn’t get her name, but she was a Hispanic woman with a long pulled back ombre hairstyle. She was very kind, made me feel heard and was very accommodating. Lately every time I have been here, I’ve been “helped” by a black man with glasses. He is extremely cold and creates a very awkward/uncomfortable atmosphere. If I am going out of my way to be decent and say “hello” at the window, I expect to be met with the same respect- not a blank stare, no words while handing me off my drink. I don’t need to be met with fireworks and extremely bubbly energy, especially early in the morning, but the opposite is extremely unneeded as well. Hopefully if he reads this, he doesn’t take review as an attack, but as a lesson to be a bit more kind to people.

The girl at the drive through was so rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t even say hello when i get to the window also doesn’t tell me my total. I tried my drink and it wasn’t sweet so i asked for more sugar because it wasn’t sweet and she gave me the dirtiest look. She said nothing handed me back my drink and was so rude.

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced from Starbucks. The service is extremely slow, the workers are talking to each other and not serving the customers. It took literally 20mins to get one drink.

Ill give a 5 star but I always order on uber eats and they’ve been messing up BAD. And uber wont refund me. Ordered the dubai iced latte and got matcha. Other day they gave me the wrong size. Before that again wrong drink . Very disappointed as I hate matcha. I checked my order and I indeed ordered the latte not matcha. About to stop ordering. 1 more mess up and im giving 1 star and youre losing my daily business.

There should be a no stars or negative star option. I ordered my coffee ahead on the app for inside pick up. I parked in the rain went inside and the employees tell me in store is closed and I needed to go wait in the drive thru now. The store hours listed on google are until 9pm and the employees left the machine on most likely so they dont get caught being lazy and closing the inside early. Worst starbucks location ever I have had several issues and nothing ever changes or gets better. Starbucks you need to get rid of EVERYONE involved with this location and start over. You are going to lose alot of customers if you don’t get rid of these toxic employees you have.

So I came here, 01/02/26 new year, ordered a drink off the menu with a couple tweaks for my pregnant sister. The lady who took the order was condescending, distasteful, was making jokes:comments with the other girl working there to the point she cut the mic off so I wouldn’t hear their convo. Never had an issue coming here but today I guess the girl working the drive thru thought she was a comedian. Not happy with the service I received tonight.

So glad I did because I was able to see the amazing baristas greet everyone and thank everyone for their patience as they are short staffed.
Perhaps it was an extra 5 mins longer than a usual wait at Starbucks. Not bad at considering everyone was so kind as they prepared and called out for the guests to pick up their order.
