I order a medium pizza and wings via uber eats around 11pm. When the order got to be but of course I began eating it. I ate 2 slices. When I started eating my 3rd slice, I noticed something black in the cheese. I looked closely and realized that the black thing had wings.

I placed an online pickup at this location. Never eaten there before. When I received my order, it was WAY overcooked, as it was a thin crust pizza. I went in and requested for the pizza to be remade. An employee emerged from the back as if, to come help. Upon speaking with Connor, he proceeds to tell me that if he remade the pizza, it would come out the exact same way. I explained to him that I’ve ordered this same order at different locations not just in TX but in other states as well.(MS and TN). He began trying to explain that because they do it right at that location and weigh their ingredients ( as if ALL the other locations somehow wasn’t doing it right), this is why my pizza was the way it was and would look the same IF remade. I told him to take it out earlier then, nope, because Connor said it has to be cooked to a certain degree? A half spinach, half bacon pizza. Since Connor is insisting on cooking pizzas other than what the CUSTOMER wants, they were able to KEEP their pizza. I mean, after all, it was Connor’s pizza right? I placed the order at another Domino’s and it came out just the way I like, so much so, I wanted to reorder the same thing later that day. If this is them doing it right, I definitely won’t be going back. Proceed with caution.

App asks if you are feeling generous and thankfully I wasn’t. Order went in at 6:21. I pull in at 6:40 and check app at 6:45 and pizza didn’t go in oven till 6:44!? At least the “deal” was good. Post pandemic, customer service sucks at most places

My work is hosting a group of 15 outside leaders this week, and our previous dinner plan fell through so we last minute decided to order Dominos– and let our entire group of about 20 request their own crust and topping combination. I called to make this rather large and complicated order for carryout about 1.5 hours in advance. Samantha helped me on the phone, entered my order flawlessly, and made it sound like it was no trouble at all. Less than an hour before pickup I called back and changed part of the order, and Samantha again helped me with such grace. Thank you so much for your excellent hospitality helping us to provide excellent hospitality! The dinner was a hit!

Ordered a pizza this evening after getting home late, when payment was processed I realized it was an old cards information and changed the card info not knowing that it would remove the 15% tip I already entered. I entered the new card info and hit place order, really not paying attention to anything else at that point. Then the driver showed up, early this time, he was very nice and the pizza was very hot. I said thank you my friend then closed the door to go inside, after I went inside I saw what someone wrote on the receipt. Of course the receipt was folded up in the box, and I didn’t see what was written on there until I went and opened the pizza box. Not going to lie, it does piss me off that your employee wrote that on the receipt! I did think I was leaving a 15% tip, which I think is generous considering they are only delivering my order and not serving me at a sit down restaurant. Aside from that you charge all of your customers a $5 delivery charge that should already go to your driver in my opinion, why should that go to the restaurant? Nevertheless, I appreciate the driver being so polite with a smile on his face, if I see him again I will take care of him because of how awesome he was. But Dominos as a company shouldn’t train their employees to beg for tips(not saying the driver wrote that either) , if you do not give them the delivery fee maybe you should take better care of your employees.
