We have been to this chain a few times over the years while traveling.
We had a great server, she was there to take care of us quickly and with a friendly smile.
The food was good. We had steaks and the onion petals for an appetizer.
We got there a little too close to closing so it was really quiet.

Been a awhile since we came here. Daughter wanted steak. So we ordered. Daughter a d wife got the dinner for 2 with salad and appetizer. I got Riley with baked potato and Cesar salad. We also got an additional trio appetizer. Food was decent. Only real issue I had was the salad was brought out before the appetizer and within a couple of minutes she bought appetizers and then brought the meals before we even got a chance to touch the appetizers. We had a table full of food. We felt rushed. Food was pretty good though.

EDIT: Rhiannon, who is the GM for Texas, contacted me through the initial review. Let me start by saying that she is a gem for this establishment and I sincerely hope that Texas Steakhouse sees her as such. She has been so kind, helpful, considerate and supportive regarding this matter. We were finally able to work it out today for the food to be replaced and provided for a late evening work meeting. Everyone was thankful and happy with their food (which was 100 times better than before). Therefore I thought it only appropriate to come back to this review, explain how amazing Rhiannon is, and give our genuine gratitude for her diligence to make it right. SHE is the reason this review went from a one to a five. Rhiannon we sincerely appreciate you.
Against my better judgment and suggestion our office of 10 ordered lunch from this location today. Multiple orders were incorrect, missing something, plated wrong altogether, stale. The item pictured (which we order two of) is supposed to be the Jack Daniels Honey Bourbon Chicken with Mac and cheese. The menu states “Two grilled chicken breasts basted with our signature Jack Daniel’s Honey Bourbon sauce” which there is absolutely no sauce on this chicken and the Mac & cheese looks like noodles with slight powdered cheese. Stock photo added for reference. One order was 2 sides and a dessert. The campfire cheese fries had been sitting because the cheese was hard and there was no jalapeño ranch dressing, regular ranch was included. A sweet potato and a Hershey’s Brownie were put in the same container, forgot the ice cream (which staff had to return to get. Blackened chicken Alfredo was dry, noodles were overcooked and chicken was dry. Never again.

Drinks, service and everything was great… except the steaks .. meat quality is horrible n cuts are left over. I order a T bone and it look n taste like pc of chuck roll with so many fat and nerves and a horrible texture, cooking pint was a bit off from what I order, maybe they need to verified their meat or just sale as regular meat not a steaks

Clean, well lit, welcoming dining experience. My wife and I stopped here on a recent trip and added it to our GPS as a favorite to visit again when we come back through this area. Food was great. Service was outstanding. “Adriana H.” was super nice, offered suggestions and answered questions before and during the meal. She finished it off with some “to go” lemonade’s for our trip.

I have never ate at one food will not disappoint… we had fried pickles , then 10oz Ribeye cooked med rare, fried okra, baked sweet potato, salad and of course the rolls that they put on the table .

The food is always good here. Our chopped steak was delicious & the dinner special for 2 was a good value. They even give a discount with a room key from the local hotel. I love the green beans too. Our server Kimberly C. was very attentive & sweet. She did a great job! We come back whenever we’re passing through.

Our waiter Austin was simply just fabulous with his customer service and southern hospitality charm. He made sure my food was safe from allergies and assured my meal was clean and easy to eat. My husband enjoyed his meal as well. Will most definitely return here for another anniversary lunch.

I visited on 2-28-26 to the Smithfield location! One word……horrible! The wait was entirely too long, didn’t have the drink I wanted, steak was tough and bloody, shrimp was cold. Waitress was unknowable of the menu. After awaiting 2 extra hours with the unsatisfactory of the food. The manager just deducted 10 percent off my meal. Thank you so much…..I won’t be back!
