We had an amazing experience at Olive Garden thanks to our wonderful waitress! (Hillary) She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. She kept our drinks filled, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything came out perfectly. Her positive attitude made our experience more enjoyable.You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. We will definitely be coming back and hope to have her as our server again!

My family brought me to this Olive Garden for my birthday, and overall the food and service were good. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by what we witnessed from management toward a server.
A woman with a very tight bun, possibly in her 30s, who I believe was named Cassie based on her name tag, spoke to a hardworking server in a condescending and belittling way. The tone and behavior were uncomfortable enough that our entire table noticed. It was unnecessary and frankly hard to watch.
I have been a server. I know how demanding and exhausting that job is, and there is absolutely no excuse for treating staff that way, especially in front of customers. People who work hard deserve respect, not humiliation.
The world is hard enough without management tearing down the very people who keep the restaurant running. Do better, Olive Garden. I would never allow someone to speak to servers the way I witnessed that night.

Server was new but very nice. Very disappointed! I went 4 months ago and said never again, but I decided to try again. It was worse. I got the tour of Italy and portion size was ridiculously small may 1/2 cup of fettuccine, A sliver of lasagna, and the smallest chicken Parmesan I’ve ever seen. We received our appetizer at the end of the meal, the main en course before the salad. And speaking of salad, most of the lettuce had turned brownish red on the tips when you know it’s been there too long. Italian raspberry cream soda was more of seltzer, almond milk. I feel the quality of food has gone down so much in the last couple of years we paid $10 for a strawberry cream cake and this is what it look like.

Excellent food and excellent service. We were seated promptly for our large party at late notice (our bad) but they were very welcoming about it and immediately started to set up a table for us. Our server was wonderful and tended to our every need. Always asking if the food was alright or if we needed anything.
I really appreciate it. The food was sooo yummy, as well as the salad and breadsticks. This location has a great staff and great atmosphere, I’ll always be coming back with my friends.

Pretty disappointed with our experience at this location.
We were seated and then waited about 14 minutes before deciding to walk up to the hostess stand just to ask if anyone was coming.
When our server did arrive, she didn’t introduce herself… not a huge deal on its own, but paired with the overall energy, it definitely felt like she didn’t want to be there.
A few smaller things kept adding up. Our server decided how much cheese went into our soup without asking, and never asked if we wanted cheese on our main dish either. Also, the “signature” salad had little to no dressing, which felt more like a suggestion than a feature.
When we were done eating and ready to leave for awhile, our table didn’t have one of the payment tablets, and our server was completely MIA, so we had to ask someone else for the check. After getting it, we waited again for quite a while before our server showed up. I’ve never “dine and dashed,” but it honestly felt like the restaurant was daring us to try.
Wouldn’t recommend. Hope this helps.

Really, really good soup and bread sticks. The lettuce salad was lacking, but full of lettuce. Our server was awesome. Prices are still very reasonable and seating is comfortable. A great place for a tasty and reasonably priced meal.

I had an awesome experience at Olive Garden thanks to our server, Conner. From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He checked in on us often without ever being overbearing, made great recommendations, and kept our drinks, breadsticks, and soups/salads coming right on time.
Conner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about giving guests a great experience. Service like his is rare these days, and it honestly made the whole meal so much better.
