Talk about an AMAZING restaurant! I made the trek from Houston, and it was well worth it. The waiter made some amazing recommendations. The complimentary bread and butter basket reminded me a lot of Pappas Bros Steakhouse. I ended up getting the oysters as an appetizer. They were incredibly fresh. I opted for the rainbow trout and shrimp. The waiter was gratious enough to give me a free dessert as the restaurant was very busy. I opted for one of my favorite desserts, Key Lime pie. Of course it did NOT disappoint.

I cannot wait to return and try some other items on the menu.

My first time here but not my last! My hubby had been here before so he tried to earn me about the Fondue. He said once you taste it, you won’t eat your food. Did I listen? No!!! The fondue is a meal on its own! Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!

The sampler platters are great! Catfish cooked to perfection and they give large portions.

Last but not least, was our server AJ! He was friendly and attentive. If in the area ask for him. He’s excellent.

We tried out Pappas for the first time while visiting Houston and we will be back again! Our server Josh was excellent, gave us great recommendations, and checked in regularly. The resturant was busy but not to loud, the portion sizes were huge, cooked well and tasted great! And the desert was amazing! Thank your a great date night evening!

What a find. We stumbled on it on our way to our hotel. No regrets! Everything was fantastic and the service was over the top. The seafood platter was the bomb. We shared it and had so much left to take home. Calamari octopus was great!
