We only popped in because the wait was too long at another restaurant. Boy am I glad we did try here next because it was A. Maz. Ing!Chicken parmo, salt and pepper fries and a Reuben burger. Food was absolutely banging and the staff couldn’t have been better, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive will definitely be back.

Lovely staff and food was so good! So accommodating to us being in fairly late and quick service too! We had the salt n pepper box and the lettuce boats which were delectable to share between two!

2nd time visiting and food is yummy. We visited during the day so not too busy. Soda floats were good too.

Used to be unreal and would go very regularly, last year or so somethings clearly changed. Prices have gone up, portions got smaller and quality has dropped. Chicken was clearly warmed up or just very over done as it was super dry, mac and cheese was 100% not fresh and this used to be one of my favourite dishes and the chips were awful. If I wasn’t with a group I would have definitely returned the food for a refund. Unfortunately this has been the case the past few times and I’ve hoped it would get better, very unlikely I’ll return again. Staff are great though.

Bit underwhelming. Christmas menu restrictive. Chose a Yorkshire wrap with chicken. Not a patch on what you can get on the Christmas markets. It was so spicy I couldn’t even taste the chicken that everyone raves about. Cocktails overpriced. The only highlight was the gravy. I could have had a bucket of that, but I’d rather have a KFC any day.

Family friendly restaurant. Colouring sheets and lego available for children which works really well. Kids menu available with generous portion. However food was a bit disappointing as a whole, food served wasn’t as fresh as expected

food is usually and still is banging from here and is always what has made me come to Manchester in the first place!, however on this occasion I changed my usually order from just the thighs , to the mac attack burger! It was initially so so good until I started to reach the end and it was the chewiest most horrible chicken imaginable, upon further inspection grey and pink inside- very worrying. I would say it was due to the “thigh” meat that was being used but previously I have just ordered thighs and never had this issue, also portion size smaller than i remember major let down and made me very cautious of coming back to one of my favourites, cannot fault staff and service, and had a very nice guest lager which was reasonably priced for Manchester

Visited today and had their £6 lunch (I bought 2 items for £12) Customer service was excellent! Food tasted good, but wish the portion sizes were a bit bigger (given it was £6 each, I’ll let them off!).

Got a burger and chips, with a side of tenders which came to £25. Value for money was really poor. The chicken itself has no flavour and the breading was soggy, the best bit about the meal was the chips that it came with.

Only positive was that the service was good. A man named Sufyan was our waiter and was very kind and chatty. There was an error with our drinks order so he cancelled them off the bill, which was extremely kind of him.

I can’t say that I would return for food any time soon, it was very disappointing – and with Almost Famous, Bunny Jackson’s and Nell’s being on the same street, I’d rather go there
