Once again, Burrito Corner did not disappoint. Tonight, Saturday night, the place was packed and the staff of five acted as if they transformed themselves into 10 people! The staff is always friendly, courteous and extremely efficient. The portions are oversized and fresh. Thank you for providing home cooked feeling food that I can serve my family time and time again. Try them out!

Holy Guacamole! 1st time here after reading many positive reviews. We each got the 3 hard shell tacos. Carnitas, taco meat and barbacoa. This was VERY tasty. We just got back from the phoenix area where we had very good southwestern/ Mexican food and I would put Burrito corner right up there against any of them! 5 kind of meats, 11 toppings and 7 sauces/salsas. The owner came out and talked to us and told us all about this lovely family business. It is a chipotle type of place ramped up to a 10! You have to come try this place and you will definitely return! Everything was fresh and very flavorful. What a wonderful hidden gem in Hamel/Medina

Finally had an off day and was in the area to be able to stop by and try them out. Got here and the door was locked but the hours on google said they were open. Called the business and the owner Mario answered and offered to make me some chicken tacos still. He was very nice and cool to talk to. I can definitely say I’ll be back here soon.

I got the burrito bowl, regular size (which is the smaller size), and it was fantastic. I made two meals out of it. It was delicious, the portion sizes are great for the price. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and clean. I would definitely recommend.

I’m eating here right now and let me tell you there’s a lot of Mexican taco places out here in Minnesota that I’ve tried and there was always something that I didn’t like about them but THIS PLACE! Omg this is my new chipotle but way better and definitely brings me back to one of my favorite restaurants back home in Miami called pincho factory the food is delicious! And the service is amazing! Definitely found my new spot! I couldn’t even wait to eat to take a picture!

Locally owned. It’s comparable to Chipotle but BETTER!! Everything is fresh. The queso is delicious. The barbacoa is delicious. The corn delicious. They have different types of sour creams. Then at the end they TOAST the burrito!
As if the food wasn’t great enough the people who were working (I am assuming were owners) were wonderful as well.
The only problem is that I live too close and cant wait to go back.

Just had a delicious order of Mexican Fries at the Burrito Corner. The assistant Manager Grant made perfect topping suggestions. The ingredients were very fresh and of high quality. I could only finish a third of my meal but know the left overs will be equally good. The entire staff was friendly and appeared to enjoy their jobs. Manager Mario must be doing something right. I highly recommend!

Delicious fresh Mexican food, very good quality, better than Chipotle, family owned, dairy free guac, Mario (owner) originally made me some on-the-house cream cheese filled donuts, but I told him I’m vegan so he immediately went back and made me some buñeulo/churro chips with a raspberry dipping sauce. That is GREAT service that he in no way had to do, he is just that nice of a guy! The kids working there were very friendly as well and seem to enjoy their jobs and working for Mario. I wish there were more locations of this in the metro, but that makes it a treat to come out to Medina. I’d never heard of this place, and had passed by it many times before finally stopping in and I highly recommend it! You can get made to order vegan taco, burrito, nacho, and bowl options. Go, you will not be disappointed. Burrito Corner for the win !!!
