Went and got the Snow Crab Tuesday meal. It went up from 19.99 to 24.99 but it was very tasty I got the Old Bay & Butter topping with no potatoes, asparagus and a side salad. The waiter was pleasant

My partner and I went for Valentines Day. We had a reservation, as they were not taking walk-ins for valentines. When we arrived 15 minutes before our reservation, which was at 7:45, there were many couples waiting who had reservations for 6:00 and the waiting room was completely full of people with reservations. I am- not sure if it was a management issue, lack of staff, or over-booking the restaurant but it was ridiculous. For the most part, the staff did not look to be in a rush, except for one hostess who was extremely understanding and polite to us. She seemed like the only one who cared and was attempting to handle the situation. My partner and I ate here for a previous Valentines, and did not have this big of a issue! We were seated at a reasonable time, our food was decent, and the atmosphere was good. I am not sure what the issue was this time. My partner and I decided to cancel, and went to a restaurant in downtown Greensboro called Pryme. The food there was amazing, I got lobster, and we paid the same price we would have if we stayed at Red Lobster. I recommend going to a fine dining restaurant before any chain like Red Lobster. You pay the same price for 100x better quality food and atmosphere!

Had a 15-20 minute wait on a Saturday afternoon so we had a drink at the bar. Jocelyn was engaging and made an excellent Malibu Bay Breeze plus other featured cocktails. She was very busy ad the only person behind the bar to mix, serve, take orders and deliver food. She did it with poise and great customer service.
We had the coconut shrimp for appetizer. It was as delicious ad I remembered as were the cheddar biscuits.
The large menu can be overwhelming as you have to read banners, footnotes and all to see full openings. Our table had lobster bisque, steak, shrimp scampi, and snow crab. All was good. Will know to request Caesar dressing on the side to avoid over saturation and butter to dip for crab rather than on legs. Otherwise good.

We went into restaraunt they had no one greeting at the front door … one of the employees was smoking a cigarette on the bench by the front door. When we were taken to be seated the table was dirty with crumbs on it. So I asked to be change to another table.Then once we were seated at the other table we waited for 10
minutes and no one came to greet us or ask our drink order . I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY!! Also spoke with manager before I left to let him know what took place .. he said okay. No apology or anything. You definitely need to over view all staff at this location !!!

Don’t order their seafood boils to-go. They’re an absolute joke. Barely any sauce, almost dry, and they short you on the amount of shrimp you’re suppose to get (and they forget extra add-ons you paid for). After spending almost $200 on this to-go order and receiving the most disappointing meal, I can confidently say I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The table and light were dirty. My glass of water was dirty. The food was terrible. Mashed potatoes tastes like cardboard. Cajun pasta was bland. Nothing cajun to it. Straight butter noodles with no flavor to the sauce or chicken. No seasoning to the asparagus. The chicken was chewy. My husband spit it out and just stopped eating. Waste of $94. I would never go back. My son liked his crab legs and we came here for him. So, that was a win.
