I ordered a Reuben sandwich which is pretty standard for this particular sandwich. It’s good sandwich. Mozzarella sticks was also good BUT they forgot the marinara on my to go order which really ruins 50% of the whole experience of enjoying the mozzarella sticks, have the 2 stars for the service.

I am so disappointed, I was so anxious to try the new pulled pork sandwich and ended up getting what wasn’t advertised. My sandwich is bone dry, no sauce or pickles and it is flat as a pancake. This is crazy!
Only because I had a coupon, I stopped by to get a wrap. I can’t really complain about the food, it was actually good. The only issue would have been the customer service at the window, I had a coupon, but forgot to mention it. The gentleman, with an attitude, said I needed to make sure to mention that before placing the order. I understand what he was saying, but the way he said it, wasn’t necessary. I don’t think I’ll visit again, sadly, it isn’t the same.

Got to go the other day in the evening. Just wanted to say the man taking my order in the drive thru offered exceptional service. Very friendly, put in the sauces, napkins- didn’t even have to double check or ask! Which is a usual problem when I go to drive thru’s.

The gentleman working the inside was very pleasant and made my experience very nice! He brought the food out to the table like a restaurant! I even saw him go over and hold open the door for an elderly couple he saw walking towards the door. My Beef & Cheddar meal was delicious!

Customer service was great but my food was luke warm and the fries wre keft out fries, not fresh . Haven’t had Arby’s in a long while and was excited. If I go next time ill just ask for everything to be fresh and check before I leave.. visit was bummer

We ordered the Reuben sandwich, classic Beef & Cheddar, Mozzarella sticks, and Loaded Curly Fries. I really liked the Reuben sandwich here compared to other Arby’s I’ve been to. My kids really liked the beef & cheddar sandwich and Mozzarella sticks. The loaded curly fries were surprisingly good.

Decided to try the steak bites The person at the window repeated 2x to confirm hat we were ordering the 9 piece. 2x we said yes
Drive away towards our next errand stop After paying and getting the ordered food
Fortunately our next stop was further down Harwood when we discovered we had paid for a 9 pc. But was given a 5 pc. Drive all the way back for an exchange. No explanation for the incorrect order. Just an apology
That is one issue
The next one is that individual pieces are minuscule compared to what is advertised
The third issue
The ridiculous price. There is no value here With everyone watching their spending and restaurants trying to survive. This is unacceptable
Recommendation
Do not waste your time and $$
Spend the same amount of $$ on a full size piece of steak from the supermarket and cook it yourself.

I have been to this Arby’s twice recently. I very rarely eat at an Arby’s but I had a coupon and thought I would give it a try. The first time, I went through the drive through and was amazed at the friendliness and kindness of the gentleman who waited on me. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name because he was a really genuine person who seemed to love his job and the customers he served. It made my day. I went back today and Alecia waited on me inside. She was incredibly personable and kind. The same gentlemen at the drive-through came and said hello too. Both times I left Arby’s feeling happier than when I got there. Plus the food was amazing. Thanks Arby’s for hiring such great people!

WE HAVE THE MEATS…?
Although my Corned Beef Reuben was a little skimpy on the beef it was quite tasty. While the bread didn’t have much for rye flavor it was toasted well. The sauce and kraut were lovely.
Kaleb, working the drive-thru was quick and courteous. Other than the occasional meatless bite it was a nice experience.

Stopped by again a week later for a Jalapeño Ranch Wrap was quite pleased with the quality. The grilled jalapeños we’re actually spicy which was fantastic! Oscar helped me in the drive-thru and let me know the taters were on happy hour so I snagged some tasty curlies. Very nice dude!

I stopped by Arby’s for a quick lunch and had a great experience! Janice greeted me at the drive-thru window with a big smile, even during the busy lunch rush. She was super friendly and upbeat, and even offered to upgrade my drink to a large. My food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Great service and great food, thanks, Janice!
