We went to Chick- Fil-A today, 1st time ever, the drive through is the busiest we have ever seen for fast food. We dined in, Naples Florida, Airport Pulling location, the cashier Alexis, was helpful & patient with us.
The food was delicious, hot, & fresh, will definitely be going back there.
The service was better than a fine dining restaurant.

First time visit to Chick-fil-A.
Very impressed. The drive thru was absolutely jam packed so I thought we were in for a bit of a wait inside.
How wrong I was, yes it was super busy but all credit to the staff it was running really well. Served within two minutes and no longer had we sat down our food was brought to us on a tray.
5* for service.
The food it self was excellent, it actually LOOKED like the pictures!!
Very tasty and their own sauce was super tasty.
Two ‘Deluxe’ with their version of fries and a drink 22.(something) dollars was in my opinion, rather good value. 5* for food.

The food is awesome and the staff are wonderful. Jonathan in particular was really cool. Was very engaging and seemed very genuine. Didn’t just strive to meet my requests but actually engaged with me and made sure that I was actually taken care of. Asked me about the 30 count and if I was sure we would finish it for example.
Every time I go to Chick Fil A I have this intrusive thought to trap an employee by responding to the phrase “my pleasure” with a “thank you” because their policy is that they’re required to say my pleasure whenever someone says thank you.
Only thing I would knock is that the dining area was supremely cold. A great feature under normal circumstances, but in December? I had to grab a fleece hoodie out of my car for my girlfriend due to how cold the dining area is. I’m hoping that it’s this cold so that the kitchen isn’t sweltering because otherwise crank up the temperature!

Walking in and seeing a supply issue posted on the door related to salads seems ridiculous since the ingredients to make salads would be available at any grocery store…so go to one and get them. If the salads are all pre made, before they get to the store, then I am done eating their salads (which I am relegated to at the moment as a dietary restriction). But, they were making the wraps. Hmmm…very interesting.
It’s a sad day when you can order all the deep fried and high cholesterol items on the menu but not a heart healthy salad.
The worst part of the experience at this location was the obnoxious trio of high school students that don’t understand the concept of quiet enjoyment.

Look, Chick is the best fast food restaurant in the biz. If they ever IPO, it would be a feeding frenzy of investors. Yea, pun intended. There’s not enough in Naples, so consequently, this one was so packed it took longer than ever. However, I stayed and chowed before I got home.

My fiancé and I came for breakfast on Saturday morning- I got my faaavorite, spicy chicken biscuit with hash browns. We were incredibly let down because we couldn’t even finish our food due to the nasty, dirty oil taste. Very disappointing, when you pay such a high cost for something, you expect it to be high quality! The slow but steady decline in quality from you guys is super disappointing. The customer service isn’t even what it used to be Bring back the Christian company that served HIGH quality food & AMAZING customer service!!! I beg of you

Food was hot and tasted great..well worth the 20min. wait..soup tasted great..if any issue it was the disorganization of cars who needed more input when to pull ahead… but I can look over that after eating the best chicken sandwich in the area.. pricy yes’ but well worth it… Definitely worth checking out.. I would recommend going on a off hour and recommend not on a Friday evening or during peak lunch or dinner hours ..
