Tried to order at the drive through. Said they were short staffed. Which is fine, I understand that and was fine waiting. But then the 3rd time the guy came on top the intercom and said we’ll be with you soon, he asked if I had called them (which I had not) and was extremely rude to me saying I had no patience and a bunch of other stuff (I’d been there about 45 minutes at this point). So I left. I do not recommend this location. The service has always been slow, but them being rude to me was too much. I will not be returning.

Ordered three sandwiches online at1230 didn’t get them until 130. They yelled ar my husband when he checked to see if they were done wrong drink and cookie as well. And when you drive up they just yell too busy gross rude never again

Sooooo slowwwww. Only ones in drive thru, had to wait 8 minutes just to put in our order, another 15 minutes no joke just sitting in the drive thru line. We are the only ones in line and it’s half hour to get a sandwich? Still hasn’t come.

Yesterday I ordered a #15 Tuna Sub and while eating, bit into a wire. I wish I was kidding. When I contacted the manager, there was no concern about whether I had been hurt. The managers response was “can you bring the sandwhich and the metal because I dont know how metal got in there, its literally 5 ingredients and I made that sandwhich myself.” We wrapped up the call and I texted him pictures of the wire. I got a call back and he stated he knew where that wire fragment came from. Their onion cutter machine broke and they had rigged it with this dirty jagged wire. Luckily Im a slow eater and didnt break any teeth or pierce my mouth. Extra lucky my 3 year old was not eating this. Gabriel offered me a refund and a gift card but Im heading to Urgent Care for Xrays to make sure I didnt ingest any more broken wire.

The place was clean and the sandwich was okay. They skimped on the tomato and the cheese and, even after asking for extra oil and vinegar, I thought it was rather dry. This is fast food not Gourmet Sandwiches. Like most places in Santa Fe, it was a bit overpriced. After eating the regular sized sandwich ($8) I still felt a bit hungry.
