This place was amazing. The service was amazing the way it all looked and the food was amazing like it even looked amazing. We ate it within a half an hour, and I went there for my birthday too, which was even better very good thank you all and thank you Texas roadhouse for the best time and experience. It was truly amazing. And I also don’t normally give a full five stars for some places so this place has had to have been great if I gave it five whole stars very uncommon for me to do.

Nice atmosphere, first time I have been since they are in town. For it being a chain business the food was outstanding at a very good price. Steak was cooked to perfection at a rare temp. Waitress was outstanding.

Friday night, it was busy but we were seated within 15 min. The staff was fun and had recommendations for us. Steak and fish were well presented and tasty. We even got a bag of peanuts, which I am devouring as I type this review. If you’re in a hurry try eating at the bar. If you’re not in a hurry, soak up Texas in NY. See ya again pardner!

To start, I thought the way the waiter met us at the entrance to the tables with our rolls in his hand was great. The rolls are always good. Warm with their honey butter. Yum!
I had steak smothered with mushrooms and onions with shrimp. My steak was done to my liking and very tender. My sides were a sweet potato and a salad. My dinner was awesome.
My partner got steak with ribs. For his sides, he asked for a baked potato and fries. The waiter had to tell him they were out of potatoes, then he said im not sure about the fries. He loved his steak and ribs, he also loved the fries, but please tell me how a steakhouse runs out of potatoes on a Saturday at 5pm. They did get potatoes before we left.
Our waiter was a great guy who was very calm for just getting to work to find out they were out of potatoes, I felt bad for him.

We went to celebrate my early birthday dinner and CJ the server was not very attentive. We were seated on table 336. She seems lost today. Only saw her twice before our food came out and had to wait 15 minutes just to get a refill. I choke a lot so I need drink with my food, but she was nowhere to be found. By the time she came the steak was cold, but I had to finish my food after she refilled my drink. What a shame. She ruined my day. Thank you CJ. I still tipped you 18% even though you ruined my day.

First time here and it was amazing! They brought over a side sampler to try since it was my 1st time here which made it easier to know what to get. The menu stated the ribs are award winning so I had to try them and I completely understand why. They were big, full of meat and felled right off the bone. If I ever make it back up this way I will definitely be coming back.

If you ever wondered what it’s like to dine under the watchful eye of an armadillo named Andy, welcome to Texas Roadhouse. Seriously, who thought “Andy the Armadillo” was a good idea for a restaurant mascot? Every time I go, I can’t resist asking the hostess about the prevalence of leprosy in armadillos. Spoiler alert: 100% of them have no idea what I’m talking about!
Now, onto the food—it’s a classic case of “same-same but different.” Every Texas Roadhouse feels like a clone of the last, and you’re guaranteed to leave with enough leftovers to feed a small army. I will say, those rattlesnake bites are a delight, and the steak is always solid! But the chicken? Let’s just say it could use a pep talk—flavor is not its strong suit and the brown gravy was barely warm.
So, if you want a meal and a good laugh about leprosy, Andy’s your guy!

First time at this location and I had the best experience! Great staff great food clean bathrooms and everyone was very attentive checking on us often even bringing stuff ahead of time knowing we needed it. Just an all-around great time! Everyone has a great personality there and works really well together. I’ll be back!
