We were helped by a young woman from Costa Rica named Gabriela, and honestly, we had never had such a pleasant experience at a McDonald’s like the one we had here. Gabriela makes the experience very enjoyable—she is extremely attentive, very kind, and always looks for ways to help and resolve any situation. Truly 5 stars for her.
The location itself deserves 3 stars. It was not very clean at the time, although this was clearly not the fault of the staff working there, but rather due to the large number of students present, many of whom were poorly mannered and caused disorder

My family always stops here on the way home from going to Universal and it never disappoints. Everything is always hot and the fries are always fresh along with the sweet tea its always fresh and never has that sour taste. Can honestly say its our favorite McDonald’s and unfortunately we live in Tampa but we always know everything is gonna be good rather dine in or thru drive thru when we visit

Truck Drivers Beware!!! So I stopped here because they have truck parking and there was no parking at the Loves nor the Racetrack up the street. However If you walk into the McDonald’s there is a sign near the door that says limited to 30 minutes. Now I was here about 5 hours because I was out of hours. However come dark there is a tow company that comes in. You will be towed away. So just be mindful of that. I wasn’t towed but 2 others were. I left as the heavy duty pulled in the lot.
However I did buy food here and it was good for McDonald’s. Everything was made fresh. No complaints about that but if you have truck parking please please post a sign other than on the door of your establishment because there are drivers who can’t eat here.

Ordered from the app, which claims the restaurant starts working on your order when you’re close using location services within the app.
Showed up at 3:35 with one car in front of me at the drive thru. At 3:39 it was my turn.
I was advised they were switching to breakfast and couldn’t take any orders and had to go in the app to cancel my order. I was told they don’t offer any compensation.
The guy in front of me got his food.
So, either the app lies or the restaurant lies. Even if it’s an unadvertised standard to shut down orders at what I assume is 3:40-4:20, the staff clearly ignored my online order made 20 minutes prior and also denied me in person before that scheduled time.
Maria in the drive thru was rude from the start. Lack of customer service skills, zero empathy, and the entire situation was completely unprofessional.

Extremely rude customer service. Made me and my friends circle around the drive thru 3 separate times. Mind you 3 of us had already placed online orders so that it would be easier for the workers to have our stuff together. When we asked them nicely to give us all of the products we purchased, they refused and made us drive in circles. I believe it was just to humiliate us to have some sense of power or something. If they had any correct moral compass, the man and woman would have just allowed us to collect our items and leave; instead it was a hassle for both parties of this inconvenience.

I didn’t want to do this but this is ridiculous 1st they parked us for over 15-20 minutes forgot our drinks had to wait longer. I get home The fries were not cooked all the way we had to throw them in our air fryer! The burger had hardly NOTHING on it. I call the supervisor the excuse was new people are training like WHAT this place is a joke!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. They forgot my cookies in my order, and when I realized and drove 20 minutes back to get the food I had already paid for, the shift manager, James, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, he told me it “should have been common sense” that I was missing them. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of accountability were unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to waste gas and my time — and then be treated poorly — for an error on their end.

So I am heading to work. I am early which is fine. They explain to me that they do not accept orders until 4:30. So I respond, I am going to wait. I am working on my phone and I hear this voice, it is the worker asking if I am going to wait to which I respond yes. I roll up my window and I still hear excuse me repeated over and over again. She asked if I was really going to wait and I said yes. Then she asked me to move to a parking space. If I waited at the place to order, her counter would be running and that is not good.
For the love of all things, they are worried about a counter when they are not “open”
At least she was polite about it. However, she promised to stick her head out the window and let me know which she did not.

On my journey from Orlando to Tampa in July, I made a pit stop at the McDonald’s at 44400 US Hwy 27N, Davenport, FL 33897, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The restaurant was spotless, and the service was swift and efficient. I treated myself to a meatless Egg McMuffin, hash brown, apple pie, and a comforting hot tea for breakfast. Every bite tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. Additionally, I grabbed a bottle of water and their premium coffee for my road trip – both were top-notch. I must also commend the cleanliness of their restroom facilities. It was a fantastic experience, making my journey to the Florida Aquarium even more enjoyable! This place is highly recommended.

I like to come here every-time because the attention (Customer Service is a Gold) the First person that take the money she always are happy and when I get to the second window to receive the order everything was perfectly fine and presentation with the food nice .
