Sorry Chick-fil-A, I have to admit this now. Back in 2023-2025, the breakfast bowl was a bowl loaded with sausages, hash browns and eggs.My kids adored it and it proudly appeared on our breakfast table 2-3 times a week via drive-thru mobile order.
Fast forward to the New year, and apparently the bowl has joined a New Year’s extreme fasting resolution. That being said that the breakfast bowl is now about 80% empty, leaving just enough food to make you question whether rest of it fell out somewhere between the kitchen and the cupholder. (Have anyone noticed that?).
I was shocked. I wonder how hard the prices of the commodities have personally attacked Chic-fil-A? At this rate, by 2027, I fully expect them to hand me an empty bowl with a warm smile and say, Enjoy the break-fast bowl!

I wish Chick-fil-A’s food was this perfectly prepared later in the day, but it never is! The focus is always at lunch time when the the rush is coming through. If I could get a sandwich this well prepared and fries this freshly fried any time of day I would never go anywhere else!

Love this location! Fast service, very compassionate employees. Food was fresh and tasted excellent. I am currently craving ice due to pregnancy symptoms and this location never fails when it comes to delivering FRESH ICE!!

So it was fine but they never called any of the to-go order names?? I sat for 10 minutes thinking they hadn’t made my milkshake and no. It had been behind the little counter thing the entire time. Woman at the register was nice though!

The food here was on par if not above the average Chick-fil-A experience. Service was great, very attentive and caring employees. They had a great hustle, while it was busy when I went they worked fast and diligent to deliver that 2nd mile service with a smile on their faces

I used the Chick Fil A app to order my colleague and I breakfast.
My fruit cup had huge slice of apple verses the chunks cut into the portions advertised .
Upon calling the store and waiting for the manager to respond to the quality of the product; no one responded.
I spoke with someone who was not a team lead but advised that the manager would call me back and that it would be made right.
That was Friday morning and by end of day Friday as he had promised; no one had reached out and my concern went unaddressed.

Super slow service. Store was not busy. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 fries… we were waiting 30minutes for food to come out… very disappointed and will not be returning. Definitely not Chick-fil-A standard of care. Multiple employees were standing around instead of helping… and they did not say my pleasure when we finally got our food.

Always a massive long at this place. Doesn’t matter what time of day you’re always stuck waiting. Please hire more staff or open another location in the area. The food is not good enough to justify the wait.
