Cold Tomato Bisque soup? Please don’t convince me they didn’t know what they were doing! We waited about 20 minutes for it and our sandwiches.
No, we didn’t take the soups back. We ate them cold.
Then you have issues with the back bathroom toilet. When someone is in the front one, and flushes if you are unlucky enough to be using the one behind it, you get your bottom washed with dirty toilet water? Not too kooth.
When I mentioned this to who looked like a senior employee, she acknowledged it has issues, and told some young teenager who looked like he just checked in for the afternoon to go check it out. I don’t think he is/was a plumber.
What is even more interesting when we ordered, I asked about a cinnamon roll, I was told they were done baking for the day.
This might explain cold soup. And not offered our sandwiches hot as in the Jackson location
Well, the statement didn’t jive because as we were getting ready to leave a van pulled in and unloaded cinnamon rolls amongst other bakery items. That were then stocked into the case.
Such a great location, but shady way of doing business.
I had a white mocha, it was smooth and creamy.
Ordered the Mayor (Roast Beef) sandwich for lunch. It was a good portion and tasted great.
The food menu was very hard to read, even from up against the counter, and I have 20/20 vision.
Theme signs by the register block the rest of the drink menu signs forcing you to bend over and crane your neck just to view the options.
I suggest writing was is in the “latte of the day” so customers don’t have to ask.
