The menu says 8$ for chicken quesadilla, I got 2 orders Friday and was charged 21$ , I’m fine with that since I got extra. Today I got a single quesadilla for 16$ . I don’t know what they are doing over there , but I won’t be going back.

Ok ordered enchiladas steak food was delicious I have no complaints besides maybe more cheese on top but as you can see in pic it was delicious. Price wasn’t that bad. Had a little bit of a language barrier. They also have I’m guessing fake food to show the menu which is interesting. But overall the dish I had was very good. Had a lot of flavor maybe to much but overall was great.

When asked for a menu the guy pointed to the dishes on the table in pic 1. He tried to go over as best he can to break down the meats that each of them comprised. Given we don’t speak Spanish ( but look totally Hispanic!! Trust me doesn’t not help!!!) and the guy spoke limited English, I think he did a pretty good job. But I am a Mexican good junky so the dishes were pretty self explanatory for me by just looking at them.
We ordered two dishes. One the enchilada with chicken and releno Chile. And another a grilled rib, steak, chicken and sausage combo.
The food was real deal. I think probably one of the best in the area. I think I can put this restaurant in my top three Mexican food places right there with El Molcajetes in Ellenton on 301. The food truck that serves nice Burria on the same street as don beto and don Beto. If you looking for a nice fancy family sit down place look elsewhere.
If you want good Mexican food and not some “modified to suit the palate style” Tex mex this is the place to go.

I just left there after having lunch with a friend. I was not too impressed with the atmosphere or the food however it wasn’t horrible either. I don’t see myself going back and the friend I was with and now has a horrible stomach ache.

Great place to have a bite! You won’t be disappointed. Fast order to go or you can have a seat and enjoy. It is simple but works. Food has just enough spice. Meat cooked on charcoal grill. I love this taste. I ordered the beef ribs and it is great!

The food is really good! Tortillas are made by hand (yes there is a difference). I wish they were open longer hours but, they are open so early in the morning and serve customers who buy food for work. They don’t play around about portions of meat. The tacos are gonna be loaded with meat flavorful meat. This is one of our favorite spots to order lunch on Sundays after church. I love the enchiladas with mole!

Don Beto Jaime’s restaurant is excellent. They don’t have a menu but they have a table by the kitchen that has all of the dishes they served plated. You pick which plate you want order and go sit down and then they bring it to you it’s excellent.
