If I could give negative stars to this unprofessional location I would! I ordered my pizza online. Upon arrival I was handed the wrong pizza. Of course I called back up there to let them know of the error. I was given the opportunity to have it remade or receive a credit for my order. I chose the credit option not knowing the credit was only good for this particular location! I called back up there days later after being informed of this by another location In which I spoke to the “manager” Joshua. He kept telling my that my rewards on my app was the credit. I explained several times that my rewards on the app were there long before I ordered at his location! I even expressed frustration with his employees not paying attention because they were too busy blasting and dancing to music in the restaurant instead of making sure they handed out the correct order! I went on to tell him he needed to get his employees together that worked that evening before I escalate the issue! He said I was threatening his employees and that he would no longer consider giving a credit or remaking my pizza. I went to another location and was told the district or regional manager would be contacting me. I have no heard from anyone! No wonder this establishment operates the way that they do. Nobody takes their job seriously to enforce professionalism or sanitation. I was lied to and misinformed about credits as well as robbed of what I actually paid for that day. I received less of a pizza than the order I placed. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. And I will be filing a complaint with DHEC and any other place I can.

I had food delivered to the assisted living facility that i work at. I called to place the order over the phone. The person that answered the phone was very rude. She kept asking the same questions over and over again. I would say and meat lovers she will say a pepperoni. I would say meta lovers again she would come back and say the cheese pizza. She continuously got the order wrong then attempted to repeat it and it would be incorrect over the 5 times it happened. I was close to hanging up and going somewhere else because of the lack of professionalism. I finally asked the worker is everything ok because i felt she pre occupied by someone else which is why she kept getting the order wrong. I literally ordered 1large pizza and a medium pizza and that took about 25 min just to place the order. Finally the order was complete. She then asked me how was i tipping the driver. I advised none of her business. She told me the food would arrive in 30-45 minutes. The food came in 25 minutes . I was pleased with food because it was still hot and fresh. The price was pretty steep i spent over 40$ just for two pizzas. My rating is strictly based on the service and not the actual food because that was the best thing out of this venture.

I strongly recommend that you NOT order delivery from the Pizza Hut store by Walmart in Ballentine. We’ve been waiting over 3 hours for our pizza! They don’t answer the phone to cancel either. This is not the first time this has happened! Last time I complained to their corporate office. They offered a free pizza….yea, that makes up for it! I thought it was worth giving them another shot!

August 2024 update. This location continues to improve. The quality has been good and consistent. Service, while still sometimes slow, has been friendly considerate.
Feb 2024 update: my last couple of visits have been much better. Accurate order and good quality. Keep it up! Adding back 2 stars.

This location can make a good pizza but only on a good day. My last two orders have been wrong. First time they didn’t put the breadsticks in the Big Dinner Box and the pizzas were only half baked. I waited over a month before trying them again and they messed up this order too. I ordered a Big New Yorker and they didn’t put any pepperoni on it! It’s the Big Yorker that they advertise with having tons of pepperoni! How do you mess that up?
The workers are also questionable when it comes to sanitary serving conditions. Sitting in the drive thru waiting for the order and you can watch them box the orders. Last night the guy couldn’t get the pizzas off the peel so he lifted them off piece by piece to put it in the box. Everyone else was standing around talking.
I filled out the survey for the incorrect Big Dinner Box order and heard from the manager the next day who offered me a free replacement order but then never followed thru with the promise.
I don’t like posting negative reviews but something needs to be done with this location. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I placed an order on the app. When we arrived, our order wasn’t quite ready. No problem. We pulled over and waited about 10 minutes. Went back to the drive thru line and this time we were greeted by a different employee who told us that “the manager” said they could not make any more bread sticks tonight, so it would be 1.5 hrs for our cheesy bread. This is 7:30, mind you. Nowhere close to closing time. We canceled our order and went to Marco’s where the bread machine works. Who knew the bread machine at Pizza Hut is just like the milkshake machine at McDonald’s.

Ordered pizza tonight, when we got to the drive through window to pick it up we were told to pull into a parking spot and it would be 10 more minutes. After ten minutes, we approached the window again. This time, we were told that ‘the manager did not want to proof dough for our bread sticks’ and it would be an hour and a half for our order. We canceled the order and left.
