Service at night wasn’t great. Pick up orders are held behind the counter, which is ok but I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me to get my order. Took several minutes with associates walking by me more than once while standing at the pick up counter before the manager asked me if I needed help.

Ordered a hot tea. Sat around waiting for 30 minutes, never heard my name called. Then was told to make it myself with hot water in the front. There was no hot water, just coffee. Never got my tea, wasted 5 dollars. Don’t come here if youre just getting a drink.

For the owner of this Panera – I wanted to reach out because this location is constantly out of items, and it’s really frustrating. It feels like every time I order, the things I want are unavailable. For a chain restaurant, I would expect the store to keep enough stock on hand, especially during normal daytime hours. This was ordered in the middle of the day, not anywhere near closing time. It’s disappointing, and I hope the store can improve its ordering and inventory so guests can rely on the menu being available.

I enjoy being able to drop by and get a Charged Lemonade whenever I pass by. Now I seek Panera out when I travel for business even if I don’t have time to get a meal. This is one of those times! Just dropped by to get my Charged Strawberry Mint Lemonade. If you join their loyalty club, you get discounts and special offers frequently. I highly recommend this location!

I placed a “rapid pick-up” order at this location.
Was notified my order was ready 9 minutes after the expected “rapid” time, went inside to pick the order up and was told I was in the wrong place and that my food was at a different location.
I went to the new location only to be told my food was at the first location.
Called the first location only to be told it was my fault since my name was incorrect. My name on my account is not incorrect. Asked them to cancel the order since it had already wasted 45 minutes of my time and was sitting for that long. The person said yes and then hung up on me.

The quality of my food today was not good and especially for the price. It was really unacceptable. I’m surprised the staff sends to go food out the door the way my meal was prepared and sent.
The Bagel was burnt.
The half asian chicken salad had less than half the salad edible. There were way too many Romaine hearts. The baguette could not possibly have been fresh today. It was also over cooked. All food should be edible but especially the price that you have to pay for food.

Holy smokes why is a handful of Mac and cheese and a stale piece of bread over $7 not even including a drink? That’s crazy dude. It was good Mac though and the service was fast.
