First time going to Jack’s. Will probably be the last. I ordered a large French fries and a sweet tea. The tea was fine. The fries were way to salty. I tossed over three quarters of them in the trash. Just couldn’t eat them.

I really don’t know what happened to this Jacks but it’s going down service is bad you can count on your order being wrong and a worker is going to get mad at you for it probably show hostility. I’ve been coming to this jacks for many years but I can honestly say I probably will stop after today. Until you get better workers, clean up the parking lot, and make it look like it’s a great place to come you can count on losing business

Jacks is the spot for breakfast junk food in Alabama. Consistent and good. Best biscuits and gravy from a chain store you’ll find… but everything is good. Even the service. And being right by the falls, this might be the best jacks in Alabama!

This Jacks has completely went all the way down hill. A little over a year ago, I stopped eating there for a while when I found a roach leg hanging off the cheese of my burger (I had a picture that I sent to management at that time but since then I’ve deleted it or I’d post it). A few months ago, I decided to give them another try. I get restaurant business and I do know that things happen, but it should be taken care of. Since then, I refuse to get ice cream there because they’re holding onto the cones bare handed, I’ve gotten more over cooked (or cooked in old grease) fries than I’ve gotten good ones, and along with some other random issues, this morning I went to get breakfast and get served a burnt biscuit. Why would you EVER serve a customer this and think that it’s gonna be okay? So it’s time to just quit going for good this time. I know being one person, who cares right? But if they treat others like this, what’s being done about it?

Stopped in for a quick meal while in the area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Had the chicken strips meal, which was hot and absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely stop by if in the area in the future!

No tea was in the lobby and the restaurant needs attention. The restroom didn’t have any paper towels in the dispenser and the overall cleanliness needs attention. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate the experience as a 6.

Came in with my wife around 5:15pm ordered for here, didn’t order anything too big, just a small side of Mac and cheese and a #8 combo. Took 17 minutes to get the food.
Mac and cheese was luke warm and cold in some spots.
I get being busy, but 17 minutes is not great for a small order that wasn’t even heated up properly.

Visited this food chain for the first time. The sandwiches are big, the staff is friendly. The only radon I don’t give them a 5 star is because the children in both sandwiches was cold. They are so busy that they a few pieces keep chicken ready to be served. I specifically asked the cashier to make sure our food was fresh.

BLT Fried Chicken Salad this is consistently great in every Jacks that I visit. Nice green shredded, airy lettuce, with cheddar cheese, real bacon, and sliced tomato. The chicken is their chick fingers, which are wonderful by themselves but fantastic on this salad, it give it that extra little spice to round it off. A side of hot crinkle fries and you will have the perfect meal.
If you love ranch dressing, it is homemade here so ask for extra.
