Normally order online but today we called in an order. 2 pizzas and a wing for delivery. Paid with card. 1st problem Driver arrives and makes sure to ask for a tip. Not that i wouldn’t tip i always do but usually I have a receipt and can put the tip on my card. So no receipt obviously. Get the boxes opened just to see they where wrong. 1 item was out of 3. Called the store get transferred they say thats what we ordered but as a one time thing they would send out the right order and send back the wrong order. No biggie but we order all the time online and have never called about a wrong order so needless to say wont go back.

This is your typical small shop…front area holds less than 10 people.. They were extremely busy that Saturday night.. Several people were waiting on their pizzas and didn’t seem happy. I heard a lot of apologizing by the staff.

I USUALLY have amazing service here but lately it seems like they have even more people in the kitchen and yet they still can’t keep up with orders! On new years I ordered a pizza for a gathering and ordered them several hours in advance to make sure they would be ready at the pickup time. I had to wait 30 minutes past my pickup time! Today I placed a order and the screen said they started my order but was on that screen over 30 minutes! You guys seriously are dropping the ball lately!
