AP provided exceptional service from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing! The lamb was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, with rich, delicious flavor in every bite. The butter chicken was equally impressive perfectly seasoned, creamy, and full of flavor. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Cozy Evening with a family dinner on our way back from a short day visit to Pennsylvania State. The service, the food, the speed absolutely top notch. Our server Sonia didn’t start too long ago but there she was hosting our group of 5 with a briming smile and pronto service throughout the evening. The owner, the staffs were very welcoming making our first (of many to come) visits into truly a spectacular one to remember as a highlight of the trip.

Today we were there for a THANKS GIVING lunch and as well as on our special occasion.
First of all the place is a bit congested, full of noise not of the guests but seems like of owner. The ambience should be quite and happening but the the owner is like shouting all the times on the workers so loud with abusive language. Not sure if the environment is like this only or like an indian dhaba.
Secondly, the menu in the buffet was very average for vegetarian its like the menu which a person can eat in their daily routine.
Started are limited in idly,vada, samosa and golgappe. According to the price the menu should have some standard.
Name sayad Royal Tandoor but i couldn’t find any dish which is prepared in Tandoor in the menu. All frozen or very average dishes.
Thirdly, When eating the main course in bread i found 2 LONG HAIRS. I reported to waiter and manager their reaction was average and said yes we are looking into it. Seems like they don’t care even they didn’t come to explain the condition. Unhygienic place.
In the end i asked to the billing person he said..No will admit whose hair it is. That was a strange.
A very average menu only for persons who couldn’t eat at home. Nothing special and attractive. Only Indian Food served without emotions in USA.

My husband and I enjoyed a date night at Royal Tandoor today. The food was excellent! Our server, AP, was so genial and hospitable. My dish, Nihari Gosht, was excellent, and we were offered several complimentary dishes to try. The decor is lovely, as well, and the location offers very convenient parking.

I recently ate at Royal Tandoor in Gaithersburg with my family, and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while.
For appetizers we got the paneer 65 and the achari chaap, both were amazing. And for the main we ordered the saag paneer, garlic naan, pudina paratha, patala naan, and malai kofta. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The portions are generous, and the spice levels were exactly what we asked for.
The service was great and Amrish Puri was very attentive to us and made sure that we were properly taken care of. We also had a birthday and he ensured that we celebrated it at the restaurant.

Shoutout to Amrish Puri, who was extremely kind and attentive! We came for my sisters birthday, and from the beginning all of the staff was very welcoming! I also had potentially one of the best lamb dishes of my life here. Everything was delicious!

Took my wife and my six month old here for dinner. The portions are huge, my wife and I got the royal butter chicken and had enough to take home for another meal. The staff are very kind and attentive and the food is out of this world. 10/10 I plan on eating here again

The service was super fast with friendly staffs who made sure to check up on us. The place was packed and we didn’t make reservation. However, the moment we entered, the staff got us a table within seconds! There is a buffet but you can also order your own food! They gave us samosa on the house, which is very accommodating. One of the staffs even gave us small sample of different food and let us try it out! Definitely come back here 🙂
