I hated Pizza Hut until they came out with the Tavern Style. It’s not from the local joint down the street in Chicago. However, it’s a really acceptable substitute, especially in Nebraska. I received my pizza. It was smoking hot. I got it very quick. Everything was right. Kudos guys!

Super busy game day. took awhile then got it home just in time for the game the pasta was super dry we didn’t eat it bread sticks burnt and pizza was dry too. Not happy especially after spending over $50.00

I order a large and a medium with my 523 points. Placed the order, I messed it up. The MANAGER then calls me and we got it taken care of. I still had to pay for the whole order and they still took my points. Got my pizza and it was wrong and also had a hair in it!!!
I called the manager and he told me NOT to call back!!! Smmfh

Ordered big dinner box, the box was dropped off on the porch damaged alone with the breadstick box (bread sticks weren’t damaged) the toppings from the pizza were stuck on the box due to them piling the rest of my ordered on top carelessly, tried calling the store 2 times after and waited in hold for 10 minutes the first time and 13 the next. Definitely won’t order from them again.

Absolutely ridiculous. After my previous awful experience with this place, they sent me a coupon for a free pizza and everything was fine, so I have attempted again.

Mistake. When I placed my new order at 2:21pm, it replied my order would be ready at 2:51pm. Nope. At 2:52pm, I received a text message that my order will be delivered at 3:26pm. Over an hour after I ordered it. This is absolutely ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE.

1-3 does not deserve my business.

I have placed two orders for delivery. I live in a condo, and the first delivery the driver refused to bring it to my door and threw it on the ground outside of the building. I didn’t know until 4 hours later when someone knocked on my door and said they found it outside on the ground. I called and got my money back.
The second delivery was ordered at 3:05pm and said delivery at 3:35. At 3:55 I called, and he said it would be here in a minute. After I hung up I received a text message saying my order would arrive at 4:31.
Save your time and money and order elsewhere. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. They are 0-2 and I’m not giving them a third chance.

This place has a 3.8 rating. WRONG.
Place was perfect. Food ..perfect.
But especially.. the young man who took our order, made a perfect salad for my wife.
We ask for the chicken (for the pizza) on the side.. for our dog.
Om gosh.. he put in a special bowl.
And.. very polite!
We will return next time through town.

Most people would argue that I should be leaving this review on Doordash’s platform. But if I order from the Pizza Hut app, then I expect a Pizza Hut driver. The Pizza Hut app did not disclose up front that this change was implemented until after my purchase. Had I known this, I would have canceled the order. I do not want anyone from Doordash to set foot on my property.

In previous interactions doordash drivers refuse to follow simple instructions, sit in the diner parking lot for 10+ minutes after confirming they’ve recieved the food, items purchased go missing, and they keep leaving their hot bags on my porch. This visit was no different.

As other pizza chains had started to switch to this horrible business model, I relied on you guys to provide stellar service with your own delivery drivers. In house delivery drivers were held to a higher standard, and things seldom went missing. If it did, it was an honest mistake. I didn’t care if I have to wait over an hour for my food, because I knew that it wasn’t due to a careless driver.

Unfortunately now, I’ll have to be getting my own purchases regardless of who I order from because I am not going to support a company who can’t figure out a successful way to make sure that their drivers are doing what they should be, and be who they say they are.

I am not saying that I’ll never get food from your establishment again. But now that I have to get my own food every time in order to keep that horrible company off my property, there will be other options available.

For those that could actually get through this lengthy rant, their boneless chicken is the best. But they would be better off sending a message that they actually care about their delivery clientele before I order delivery again.

Bring back your drivers, and if you’re using Doordash to supplement overflow, I’d rather wait for my pizza.

This location lacks customer service, extremely rude and when you try to contact for a manager they provide fictitious names to protect their disservice. Will not be using this location ever again, will drive the extra 10miles to avoid the frustration! Not even sure why Pizza Hut continues to allow this location to represent their brand!!
