I have never been to a Taco John’s before visiting this one (they are not near where I live). Tacos are good, comparable to Taco Bell. But the potato Olés are freakin’ amazing! They have a lot more spice in them than small round hashed browns would have. Also, while I was in, the manager made some small talk and was wishing me warmth and safety before I try to race home from a large winter snowstorm. That was both unexpected and appreciated, so thank you.

According to google they close at 11pm, according to kylie they close at 10:50 so that she can be done with her last customer by 11.
I am a franchisee & frankly i do allow my staff to make a few accomodations to make cleanup easier/quicker for closing & that most certainly does not include refusing customers prior to closing hours. If i found that my employees were refusing customers even 2-3 minutes before closing that would be an automatic termination.
Maybe this location operates a bit differently, and that’s a shame. I just wanted my potato oles

Best bean burrito of any chain. New soft taco chicken fiesta is very good too. The person who took my order was a bit rude. Told her I didn’t need a receipt she said you have to take your receipt and all but threw it at me.

Well, apparently they were short of staff which I did not know and it’s definitely not my fault. I did not even ask about how long it would take, if they’re shortstaffed of course it’ll take longer not a big deal. Did not need the attitude. Very unprofessional.
If they are so shortstaffed that they’re sitting there bitching the whole time about only two people being there, why isn’t management stepping up and covering
So I got my food. The taco was OK. Nothing to write home about. The potatoes were so over salted that I could not taste the potato. Absolutely disgusting!
After being treated poorly, and having disgusting food, I can promise I won’t be back.

Super burrito was hearty. Quesadilla was very thin. Burrito was seasoned but didn’t taste great to me. It looked fantastic though. Folded very well. I guess I’m just used to Taco Bell. Staff was very nice was service was fast.

Good is fine – love the chicken tacos and they have cups of just the chicken so my doges love it. However the staff is extremely slow. There is absolutely no sense of urgency you’d expect with an establishment that’s supposed to be a fast food place. It’s not that they’re short staffed. They just didn’t seem to care about how fast or how slow they moved and we’re very short when speaking to customers.

Oh, please, avoid, avoid avoid. I had never been at a Taco John’s. I asked a few questions about what a few items had in them. As the cashier was telling me what was in a burrito, someone from the kitchen stuck their head out, and started arguing in front of me as to what was an option, or not. They continued to argue back and fourth as I could feel the temperature in the room raising, so I left. I believe they are still arguing!! Smh.

Taco John’s is 1000% better than Taco Bell if you dont know, but…. I gave this location 5 attempts to serve me food that was not cold. They failed EVERY time. Every visit myself and a friend ordered multiple items each, and not one single item was ever anything not cold. No more chances, never going there again.

The employees are arrogant, they look down on the customers. I was in line for my order and the cashier was rude. She was a woman. When she received my food, she threw it at me rudely. The person who was there realized it. I hope that TACO JOHNS, their manager, can talk to their employee about their behavior. Thank you.
