We were invited to a party here. They have a private room, which was nice. The spread is great, but the labels for food was not always correct. For those with peanut allergies, be careful there is a huge container of roasted peanuts in the sushi area. I love clams and was excited to see they had them, but they were not very warm. The mussels were good. There was a lady that kept refilling it. Overall, the buffet food was okay. I would go back if invited by friends and family.

Hands down – this is the best Chinese Seafood Buffet in the EAST Valley! They have such great dishes especially their seafood!

There’s always greay variety and food stays filled and HOT!

Lots of seating inside and lots of staff to keep everything working in order.

They recently improved their service, painted their building – so they’re in a new era of yummy! Love this place!

Double charge on service charge & tip percent based on tax amount also. Long wait just to fix their own billing mistake
Very disappointing experience at this buffet. We were charged service charge twice on the bill. Although it was later corrected after an hour of waiting, the manager then calculated the service charge on top of the tax amount, which is still incorrect and unacceptable.
What made it worse was the poor management in handling their mistake and it took a long time to fix something that should have been simple.
⚠️ Advice to future customers: check your bill carefully and be prepared for long waiting to have it corrected, even when the error is theirs.
Very disappointing experience.

It’s an amazing place! Me and my wife go here regularly, and I regret not writing this review sooner. We both love the options, which is a rarity since I am vegetarian. The food is always fresh, the service is always polite and punctual, and the renovations have enhanced the place. Also, the price is really good, too. I highly recommend this buffet place.

I’ll explain my two-star rating. The overall dining experience and most of the food were actually very good. However, I was surprised to see freshwater tilapia being served as sashimi. That immediately raised concerns for me regarding food safety and potential cross-contamination.

Despite my hesitation, I went ahead and ate some of the other rolls since they looked and tasted great. Unfortunately, later that evening I became extremely ill with what felt like severe food poisoning and was sick for about two days. I couldn’t keep down food or fluids during that time.

I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously, reviews their food handling practices, and reconsiders serving that particular fish raw to prevent anyone else from experiencing something similar.

The restaurant manager of Pacific Seafood Buffet in Chandler needs to learn how to deal properly with customers. I called them to ask if it is possible to order a whole fish sweet and sour for pick up. First call they hang up on me. Second call I was on hold for so long waiting for the manager to speak with me because the staff who answered my call was not sure about the answers but again they hang up on me. The third time I called I was able to speak with the manager. I asked him if I can placed an order fir pick up and he told me he doesn’t know what I’m talking about then I explained it was on their menu during Christmas day but he told me it was very expensive and I cannot order that. After waiting and being on hold for so long he will tell me that. He didn’t even offered any alternative or other options.
We are a regular at Pacific Seafood among all you can eat seafood restaurants that we go to this is on top of our list. They just renovated the Chandler location which makes the ambience brighter. I like the selection of their food.
Their staff was great it was just that one call and the manager whom I speak with that made me very disapponted when it comes to customer service.

I’ve known this place since 2008. I used to come here so often during my university life with my friends!

Overall : Awsome and taste has not changed!

Service : Very average but it does not hurt because it is buffet! We self serve !

Atmosphere : I used to go to Saturday night and wait was long. But this time was on Sunday afternoon. Not many people so we did not have to wait at all!

The atmosphere in the restaurant has been so comfortable and nice. My family and I have been going to this place for over 14 years now. It is a pleasure to see the owner and his wife continue to work and serve amazing food. The staff is always welcoming and kind. Highly recommend this place for any occasions.

This buffet totally beat my expectations. It had a smaller, more relaxed vibe which helped keep the food fresh and the place clean, plus the staff was super friendly and on top of everything. Most of the food was really good, and even though a couple items weren’t perfect, it was still worth the price and I’ll definitely be coming back.
