John and his team far exceeded expectations at every step from the first initial phone call all the way through to final delivery to our bus. Everything was exactly what we ordered. Let me share the story of my experience with Durham house of pizza. My first time ordering delivery with these guy, first of all was getting text messages that they are sorry that the pizza is late – understandable. The pizza that was delivered wasn’t what I ordered! After speaking with the manager I was told that they will give me another pizza but I will have to go pick it up. Had to go get the pizza I ordered after paying close to 20$ in delivery fees. For me never again getting pizza from this place the level of incompetence is unbelievable there.
