Our new favorite Pho place! My husband and I came here for the first time around 8:20ishpm, mind you they close at 9:30 but they told us to take our time and enjoy our food and that they will stay till 10pm. ( We still ended up leaving around 9:30) Fast Service! All the employees were sooooo sweet and nice! Food was delicious and absolutely full with flavor!!! 20/10 for sure!! Will be coming back here more often!!

My parents lived down the street from here for years and I never been here. Me and my daughter decided to try and we regret not coming here sooner. If you can eat get a large bowl. I got a regular combo with everything and I was stuffed. My daughter got the Pho with steak and meatballs. They do not hold back on any of the protein. The price is decent for a bowl as well. Will definitely be back.

Best pho in the East Valley hands down!!! Every pho broth is rich with flavor and constant every time we go. My wife gets the Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli almost all of the time. Today’s Grilled Pork Spring Roll was so delicious. You can’t go wrong with anything grilled on the menu. I usually get the pho with everything besides the tripe. The tendon in the pho is cooked perfectly, and not rubbery. The waitress remembers what we order and always asks if we want the usual. The prices are fair and the portions are generous!!!

Spring rolls and egg rolls were amazing! The pho was delicious fast and friendly service. Bring cash to avoid card fee we will definitely be back to try more dishes. Pho Leo has been added to our favorite list. Definitely give it a try and post your review!

Just got to try this Vermicelli with Spicy Lemongrass Beef and is easily going to be added to my regular dish to order when, refreshing, flavorful, moderately spicy, with awesome lemongrass notes to it. The dressing is awesome too it goes well with the noodles. Honestly you cannot go wrong with anything off the grill here. Great job Pho Leo!!

The pho is very flavorful, and I highly recommend the shrimp spring rolls with the peanut sauce. What really sets this place apart, though, is the service. The owners are such nice people and truly make you feel at home.

Our first time trying Pho Leo today. Yum!! The Thai tea was the best I’ve had. It was not to sweet, just the perfect balance. Our appetizer was the shrimp and bbq pork spring rolls. I loved all the veggies and the bbq pork pieces were thicker cut and not so thin like other places. We also both tried the filet mignon pho. The broth was tasty and hot like we like it. The meat was so tender and so tasty by itself alone. You also get quite a bit for the price. I also added shrimp which were perfect and not over cooked even after being in the hot broth. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive from the time we walked in till the time we were leaving. She recommended so many great dishes. We can’t wait to come back and try more!
Also I recommend bringing cash to pay or else you will have to pay $3 to use your card. Besides that, the place is a great place to try!

Owner is nice, decoration is nice and food is alright. I tried the popular n29 and the pork is really good, the eggroll is alright and the shrimp is alright. The veggies and noodles are just there so overall the dish is alright. Its nice they give a waterbottle with the food and price is reasonable. Overall its an alright place, I wouldn’t recommend but I also wouldn’t not recommend. If there’s nothing else around then here is an option

From the very start, the experience was uncomfortable. Our server was visibly annoyed that more people were still arriving and that we weren’t sure exactly how many would be joining our table. Instead of being understanding, the server seemed frustrated. Fine.
Things only got worse from there. After the rest of our party arrived, the server was clearly irritated that we weren’t ready to order immediately. We then waited 30 minutes while watching multiple tables including parties that arrived after us get served, eat, and leave before we even had the chance to order. There was no communication, no updates, and no apology at any point. By the time the food finally came out, which was probably 45 minutes after ordering, the experience was completely ruined.
While I don’t expect lighting speed service, pho should be relatively quick and comforting, and is not supposed to be an endurance test. In total we were there 2.5 hrs from 6:40-9:10, ridiculous. To top it all off she charged me a total of 67 dollars for a meal that should of amounted to 46 dollars plus tax. She adamantly argued with me claiming that the price was due to a three dollar credit card charge. It was not until I quite literally broke out my phone to use the calculator and reviewed each food item line by line with her embarrassingly in front of the other patrons that she finally acquiesced. My family and I will never return, and I would not recommend this place to anyone, nothing was inherently wrong with the food but the experience definitely soured the food for me.

This is the best pho I’ve had, the broth is PERFECT. The broth has so much flavor just on its own, I add the lime and oh man.. it’s heaven. Let me get another job so I can eat this every day. I’ve only had the meatballs, maybe I’ll try something else one day but those meatballs really do it for me. Thank you for being in business, the little lady up front is so sweet too!
