I don’t know what’s going on with this place but I come here to get a French dip. I love French tips. I ordered a French dip curly fries large with a large Coke no ice with arbys sauce. They tell me there’s a wait that’s not a problem I pull forward. They bring out the wrong food. I have to go back inside to get the food. They told me it’ll still be a little bit longer to go wait in my car and they will bring it out. I go sit in the car. They bring out a French dip with ketchup that’s not arby’s sauce a small curly fry. That’s not a large and they give me a small Coke. Then they overfilled ajua sauce so when I go to open it, I spilled all over myself. That’s my fault and there’s no napkins to clean it up. I have no clue what’s going on in the back there but it’s kind of crazy.

It’s a pretty run of the mill Arby’s for the most part, food is decent and service is much more consistent than the Taco Bell next door. I’ve never really seen it busy in here either. Nice little area with plenty of seating inside.

Woman there at opening (I assume the manager) seems pretty nice.
Sandwiches taste good, but sometimes are kind of lopsided, where all the sauce is on one side and not the other.

The food was cold. Service took forever. There was hardly anybody in there and they were just standing around talking and playing with your cell phones. Service took for almost 20 minutes to get my loaded Italian and my beef sandwich. Ridiculous

I usually receive pretty good service when I go through the drive thru, and I wasnt going to say anything because it’s small. I had gone through the drive thru and gotten a 5 piece chicken tender meal and was only given 1 dipping sauce (wow, even typing this out makes me feel like im being petty ). But I had to sit waiting for traffic to clear to make a left into traffic to return to the restaurant, go into the building, and retrieve additional sauces.
Like I said, not crazy, but definitely an inconvenience.

I have always love this Arby’s. But for the first time I was not happy with the food. I stopped there Saturday around 11:45 through the drive thru and ordered ham sandwich and crinkle fries and my friend ordered the new brisket sandwich and potato cakes. Both of out meals were cold as if they were pre-made and sitting there. I’m not sure what happened. I will always go back there but just not happy.

I drove to the Ames s.Duff location from a small town 20 min south at approximately 12 pm/noon just to try the cheesesteak sandwich and was told they were out of the meat for that sandwich. 2nd time! For a company that runs on the premises of WE HAVE THE MEATS! i am not happy.
