This is a bit of a mixed review. On their website they have different deals throughout the week and we went on their Tuesday Buy one get one burger for 2$. It appears we didnt get the deal so a bit of disappointment. The burgers were great but a bit pricey without the deal. The kids meals were also a bit pricey and they come with a drink. We were also charged extra to get apple juice instead of Soda which is kind of crazy that wouldn’t just be an option for small children. In saying that, all the food was great but with the price, upcharge, and not receiving the tuesday deal didnt feel like a great value. Definitely not what we were expecting.

First outing with three grandchildren to Betty’s Burgers at Westfield Upper Mt Gravatt (Garden City).
Unfortunately, it wasn’t the smoothest experience. Despite showing staff our typed order on my phone, one meal was missed. After working out what had happened, we had to line up again and pay separately for the missing meal.
Overall, it felt quite pricey for what was, in our case, fairly average food. Might have just been an off day, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations.

From the moment me and my friends stepped into Betty’s burgers, all we saw were genuine smiles and just an amazing atmosphere. Shout out to Georgia who was such an awesome server. As soon as we stepped into the restaurant she was so kind and respectful. She provided great service and made the overall experience amazing. The food was so good. Will definitely be coming back!!

The food is okay- feels relatively healthy and fresh. However, the service leaves a bit to be desired. The staff who “greeted” us at the front looked like she would literally rather be anywhere else. She wasn’t super friendly or anything and was almost rolling her eyes when cleaning up after other customers. I get that people can have bad days and that, but I’ve gone to work on days where “negative life events” have been on my mind, but I still just put on a face and don’t let the customers be impacted.
Despite these interactions with that staff member, the main reason why I’ve reduced the rating for service is because it took AGES for the food to come. I’ve rated it pretty generously for the experience we had, as I guess the poor service didn’t hurt anyone (just made us hungry), but hopefully this is good feedback for the managers 🙂

First time here and to sum it up – what a wonderful experience. Food was prepared quick and hot. Delicious. Burger had tangy pickles and sweet crunchy bacon. Only drawback were the chips were stuck together in a clump, but they were hot, crispy on the outside and fuffy on the inside. The staff were all lovely. Georgia/Celina (Sorry I had headphones in and missed your name, but your qr code said Celina) was running around the dining room, cleaning tables checking in on everyone and had a bright bubbly attitude. The team at the counters were lovely as well.
Atmosphere was nice, a tad loud.

When we arrived, we had to wait to be served while staff were finishing a personal conversation. The service after that was fairly quick. The food was overall fair — the burgers were good, but the chicken strips were quite salty, and a couple were mostly batter rather than chicken. The ambiance was decent.
